Moving money from WPT Global and Party Poker

Hey everyone,
I hope i chose the correct section to post this thread.
Im planning on getting back to playing at WPT Global and Party Poker, since I saw that Cardschat now only has those sites avaliable for freerolls.
But, I never played on these sites, and I dont know how withdrawal works. Rather, I dont know where to withdraw.
I would like to ask if anyone knows, whats the best way to move your money from these sites to your bank account? Keep in mind I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, so I dont know if that would be a problem in any way.
If anyone can give me some informations I would be very thankful.

the best way is to contact the poker sites themselves and ask what deposit and payout methods they offer - everything is available on the internet
