I agree, the withdrawal to these electronic wallets is instant, and the minimum is 10 dollars.

What? For me (in pokestars) minimum withdrawal to Skrill is like 1$ ...

you aren't the only one that cannot withdraw money. i have never deposited money, but recently i wanted to withdraw some of my winnings. i was told to deposit first, then i have a payment method! insane!

Its standart on practically every poker site there is to deposit first in order of being able to withdraw. Most of the time you also have to do a account verification. Far from "insane" as you call it, totally normal practice.

If you are not willing to deposit at least 10 dollars to get your winnings and then i dont know.

In Sweden we can deposit with a credit card, but we can only withdraw to a bank account in our own name. This is presumably due to local legislation, which they need to follow. Possibly the legislation might have changed to something similar in your country?

Not sure what you mean, but it does not show up on my account statement as "PokerStars".
