Hello there, I hope everyone is doing well !

I am looking for an answer for a couple of days now without success so sorry if I missed the topic because I am also new to your forum here.
I got an account on Pokerstars for many years but mostly I only played freerolls for fun. I just won around 250$ few days ago on the freeroll while qualifying through phases and ending up in big 530$. My question is, can I withdraw this money because I did not make any deposit yet? I can only do this via Skrill in my country (Bosnia). I can see that they stated that the minimum deposit needs to be made in the last 12 months before you can request withdrawal of your winnings so I am waiting for my bank to approve the minimum payment to the skrill so I can deposit to pokerstars and ask for the refund of my 250$... Was anyone here been in the similar situation and do you guys think this will work? I am also sorry for my not so good english..

This 12 month rule is definitely in 888 for example ...
In pokerstars i doubt it since i havent deposited there since december 2020 but i have still made several succesful withdrawals (to skrill) after that date so yeah ...

Also you should be aware that after depositing to stars you can only withdraw after the next 48 hours have passed or so (or whatever that limit was)

Skrill has been banned in my country for gambling purposes. Maybe not the same regulations in Bosnia.

I really appreciate your fast response guys, thank you for this! I will try to withdraw this next week hopefully and let you know if everything goes smoothly, it seems that the Skrill is supportable in my country so I will check with my bank if that is the case as well.

I also use the Skrill payment system for withdrawing and depositing funds. It is very convenient, fast and safe. But in most cases, the withdrawal will become available to you only after verification. Although, it is possible that they will allow you to withdraw funds without it.

I actually managed to withdraw the money without depositing first at all.. The site still offers me bonus for the first deposit... It works as a charm

Just keep in mind, if you make small deposit via Skrill or any other method, you will have to play this deposit or so called "roll over" before you are going to be able to withdraw.
But, skrill is good option, and you can even use your skrill card to withdraw money in Bosnia.
