I once ate money back because I was playing a relative and replenished my account, immediately a block, I proved for a long time that this was not my account, they thought that I had 2 of them, and in short, as a result, I stood my ground and returned everything! Stay on your own and you will succeed

Someone should invent a better online translator than Google.

Hopefully the Russian speaking Mod can help!!
I am going to see if the people I know who speak Russian have time to assist. It would be easier if you knew someone SnuDog. Have them there with you during correspondence with PokerStars.
You can do this, it will work and everything will be alright

I would suggest being patient (Stars support have been overworked recently) and just keep working on it.

It might take a little while but it will get resolved eventually.

Provide all the information about the payment to Stars.

They're not in the business of stealing people's deposits, don't worry!

I understand how frustrating this must be but try to remain calm, and happy, worse things happen at sea.

I'm confident it will be resolved.

Stars support aren't 'ignoring' you, there have been lots of long delays recently.

They can only do so much!

This thread is all rather confusing

First the OP says that as he is self excluded from PokerStars he intended to deposit funds on a different site, but by mistake sent it to pokerstars?? How is that even possible, surely you simply deposit through the relevant sites cashier within the client, so how would you accidentally deposit to stars

Secondly, you talk of paying an invoice or bill from PokerStars again this seems unheard of to me. I wonder was this an email? is it possible that you may have been victim of a phishing scam and have sent the funds to some con artist and not infact to pokerstars?

brother, the pokerstars team tries to be as fair as possible, i already had a problem, it was not like yours, but they solved the situation as soon as possible and tried to be as fair as possible, the best thing to do is wait and I'm sure they will try to be as fair as possible.

Thanks for the support, but a month has passed since that moment when I replenished my account, they didn’t receive the money, it’s terrible.

I had a similar story, they wanted to confiscate $ 450 from me, it was an account of the French reservation, the attempt failed.

I understand that the translator is not accurate, I try to make the translation correct.

A month might seem like too long for one little request....

But how about 10,000 little requests?

How about more than that?

How about more than that while operating with less support staff than normal? :)

Patience is a virtue, they say!

Don't be so nervous. They have many requests and they do not have time to answer everyone at once. Everything will be formed and clarified. It would be nice to know on the e-wallet site whether pokerstar received your money.

I am very patient guys, everything has a chapel. Until the last time I did not create this topic, think it out, a month has passed since I made a deposit, do you seriously think that I'm wrong?

Why are you being blocked or unblocked? I didn't know that you can add funds to a blocked account. I think your money is lost.

Yes, that’s exactly how it was, my account was blocked at that moment when I paid the bill.

Take a video message with a detailed description of your actions, translate it into competent English and send it to the support service, provide all the available documentation and more evidence about your problem, describe it in detail and without unnecessary emotions and accusations. And be patient, unfortunately, the PokerStars support service is not set by its efficiency. Good luck!:)

There is a moderator on this forum who speaks Russian, I forgot his name, help me.
His name is onondaga. I will direct him to this thread.

I think I understand - you made a deposit, it was processed at the bank, and the money is gone from there, but it never arrived in your PokerStars account? Is that correct?

Deposit method,

joeisi said:
You are not able to deposit when you impose self restrictions.

There isn't a Pokerstars representative on Cardschat. You will have to contact Pokerstars to sort out the issue live chat from inside the client is the best option. You should also check with your payment processor to see the funds was sent to Pokerstars.

I do not understand part of your story. What method did you deposit with and how you make a mistake to deposit on Pokerstars from another site. To my knowledge you need to be logged in Pokerstars in order to request a deposit.

The used method, as he said, was QIWI wallet. It's the Russian payment service. It is adopted by Poker Stars, they receive deposits via the system. It's easy to check by simply click on PS deposit methods.

But would he not have to generate an invoice via Pokerstars client first.
Or can you pay off an old invoice?

Here is the QIWI deposit process as outlined by Pokerstars
https://www.pokerstars.com/help/articles/dep-qiwi-pc-cashier/9984/

My point is if you have to go through above there is zero chance you can do this by accident.

In this confusing situation, first of all I would like to ask one question.
Is this your transfer confirmation?

732e487404856f0ef3ee414a3e7a21f0.png

Why this transaction is 'on HOLD' (на удержании)? Is this transaction confirmed by Qiwi? If your money is 'on hold', PS cant recieve it, becase your wallet didnt sent it. And like someone write before, I dont understand how is it possible to make such a transaction (is it possible in general?), why not make deposit from poker client softwere.

I contacted Qiwi Support Service, they said that the money transfer was made, they have been on hold for a month now.

I'm not familiar with this situation, and I never meet nothing like this one, but I'm 99.9% sure that this problem is with your wallet, not with PokerStars. Your money is 'on hold', its something like pending transactions. You must to know about this if you are interesting in crypto or make payments with credit/debit cards. You must to find out why your payment is 'on hold'! Check out account statements, and send it to Qiwi support. That's only thing you can do, and don't wait this money on PokerStars account while they are 'on hold'. It was a big mistake to write about this situation to PS support, they have nothing with this, and there are nothing strange and unusuall why they block your account again after you unfairly accuse them of stealing money.

I hope you can get your money back.

When I called the QIWI payment system, they answered me, the money was transferred in favor of PokerStars, the answer was received immediately.

What has PokerStars support done?
Not what, they don’t answer me for a month!

And who should I believe, PokerStars?
This is complete nonsense!

There were sites that everyone believed until they were caught stealing money!

I've changed the name of this thread and moved to the Poker Deposits and Withdrawals section, now that I understand the problem a little better.

SnuDog, you still haven't answered the question that many have: what is the "invoice" you keep talking about?

When I make a deposit to PokerStars account, I am billed, I pay it through the personal account of QIWI payment system.

There are two payment options, or we confirm the payment via the phone to which the confirmation code arrives. Or we pay the invoice through the personal account of the electronic wallet.

You did not correctly name the topic. Qiwi sent the money.

PokerStars they didn’t transfer money to my account, they received it.!

We cannot perform operations when our account is blocked. The money can't go to its intended destination.
