I downloaded the Sports Betting because of freerolls carschat and when I see the withdrawal means, there was the otion to Neteller. They do not accept?

They do not accept withdrawal without deposit even for bitcom, and the minimum deposit is $ 50.00 ... I have not yet tested the transfer between players

sure? did they change terms of deposit lately? because i made a deposit about 2 months ago and i put $20 by bitcoin. i don't use neteller there basically for high fees to whitdraw.
