A friend from Full Tilt withdrew $1500 and she lives on the east coast (USA) and she said the bank or FTP was out of Africa. Took her almost a month to get the check.

takes FOREVER to withdraw money. not only that, i think they require you to give some documents or whatever if you're full tilt member. so lame. they make it very easy to deposit but very hard to withdraw. so pathetic. horrible service.

I withdrew money from full tilt Monday of last week. It took forever to get my account verified, but once I did, it only took a week for me to get the 2k that I withdrew....I have heard negative things about full tilt, but I have nothing but good things to say about them.

This is a subject that is very frustrating to me. It seems very hard to get any money from these sites but they are very fast at receiving your money. Also, the laws about USA players and the banks legal ability to receive funds. My rule of thumb is to only invest in sites that will submit checks because some of them do not. Also, I don't even trust online poker at all. I think there are too many ways for people to cheat with cheater software and such.
