She could very well make it to the final table on day 2 among the 4, it would be really cool for her to be among the 4!

Wow, that's really cool! Let's all move to the Bahamas together and play non-stop! How much is your prize money, miss?

Yes, it would have been really cool had Leo made Day 2 of the Final Table but unfortunately, she did not. :(

Sim, teria sido muito legal se Leo tivesse chegado ao segundo dia da mesa final, mas infelizmente ela não chegou.:(
Which hotel do you always like to stay at when you're in Las Vegas? I'm under the impression you mentioned the Circus here in the community. Is that the hotel, my dear? My sister stayed at the Circus Hotel in Vegas about a month before the wsop circuit started; she was going to a medical conference with her husband!

It's been at least 10 years since my last visit to Las Vegas and we have visited only 3 times (so far). We have never stayed at the Circus, but have heard there have been renovations underway. So happy to hear your sister and husband enjoyed their time there!

There are a lot of reviews from members in the thread linked below, if you are interested. :)

Unfortunately she fell. We were all rooting for her. And worst of all was the way she fell. That spade card at the end was heartbreaking. I'm sure she will motivate many other women to play.

I was pulling for her….what can you do ? You can only be SO PATIENT, ATs is a great hand, was basically a flip

What a story Grinder is, no doubt he is running so pure, to be at 3BB and now have 3/4 of the chips in play, no way he doesn’t win this. Too much experience, too dominant of a stack….Surprised Hallaert fell so far, tough call with Kings versus 2 pair

And what a fast session , what 4 hours to go from 9 down to 4 players? A knockout on the first hand? Can’t say it’s a nitfest

Well, I feel like she was a little hasty, I should have put up with it a little longer, but she's a great player.

I was so excited to see a woman in the final table for the first time since I play poker. Last time I was 1 year old 😯
Is the largest cash for a woman?
Hope some day this won't be an occasional news anymore

And what I think i'ts the most remarkable thing on Leo's deep run: she's the first woman to achieve a final table on post-moneymaker era.

No, Liv Boeree cashed for $2.8 million in the Bahamas for a 4th place finish in a $25K tournament.

I think this rare feat only exists because the vast majority of poker players are men, otherwise it would be more equal because it's not about brute strength, but just skill. I've never played live and I'm not that interested, but I don't think I could do it. Good luck to her.

There's absolutely no reason why one couldn't.

During her final hand, the commentators briefly debated and one said “You can’t just limp the blind” in that spot with ATs, with just under 20BB facing a 48BB stack. After Haellert went all-in they agreed that it was a call, but limping with the intent to call an all-in feels yucky unless trapping.

Maybe limp-calling was part of the plan though, inducing some worse aces and other worse hands?

Would you do anything different in that spot? (thinking about stack sizes and Haellert’s range rather than exactly 66)
