Mizrachi's victory forced the organizers of the world series of poker to finally reconsider the principle of induction into the Poker Hall of Fame. Before his triumph in the Main Event, Michael had already won an equally important title, winning the Poker Players Championship. The American had conquered the most prestigious tournament among professionals for the fourth time. Having assessed the champion's achievements, the wsop owners made an exception and broke the rule prohibiting the inclusion of more than one nominee per year in the Poker Hall of Fame. Mizrachi's name was added to the iconic list along with Nick Schulman.

Now I've watched the final table on the record. “The Grinder” raged, he confidently returned to the game, winning in any all-in. Even his AK vs KK.
