I'd probably make it so that most can get a chance to play once in a while, but having there be a minimum weekly or monthly points to stay in the new format, maybe having any potential big winners "promise'" to set aside a % of their wins for future Cardschat giveaways/stakes? I would raffle some position, outside prices, from every cardchat tournament of month and arrange them 1k "lucky loser" tournament that would be played next month. Could also be preterminated, for example bubbleboy, but not told until afterwards so none would seek to get in that position.

I would probably do following things:
Get rid of both 2 all member games.
Bring back that 3.30$ buy-in game.
Create couple bounty tournaments.
Invent some satellite events aswell.
Cut 10 min blind levels (atleast) by half so we could have normal blind levels (3-5 minutes)
Move starting times 1-3h earlier (compared to what they are now).

I would have leaderboards for each poker room based on just the freerolls. This way people that do not have quite so much time and haven't downloaded all the sites can still have a chance to win leaderboard money.

I would put $1000 a month into horse racing some type of a fun staking challenge that all FRC members can apply for and play at some stage.

I would create a huge event called The Cards Chat World Cup with 6K Gtd: A tournament at the end of year for the best players of CC community.

There would be Monthly Qualification Tournaments with $500 Gtd for platinum members. The best 18 players of each month would qualify for this CC World Cup.

The format of World Cup Tournament would be 6-max with 108 players.

- Larger stacks, more time in blind levels, aiming to provide a game of higher quality, creativity, skill, with more post-flop action

My idea would be based on my experience as a user of the site and player of the weekends freerolls.

I think two $ 500 freerolls would be excellent, fortnightly on Sundays for users of the freeroll club (Platinum Level).

And the main thing: the starting stack of the players should be 5k or 10k and the levels of blinds rise more slowly, providing a greater post-flop game.

Justification:

Only for members of the freeroll club (Platinum Level):
I assume that everyone who likes to access the site, post, read, learn and play, tends to enter the freeroll club (Platinum Level).

Larger stacks and longer blind levels:
Another important issue is that people who like to be here, and, beyond interactivity, to talk about various subjects, read opinions of various users on politics, culture, sports, the most varied subjects from various countries and mainly about poker, we also seek develop our game, learn from the courses, with the debates of some posted hands. And unfortunately the structure of the current cardschat freeroll on PokerStars means that there is basically no post-flop. So, much of what we learned, such as in the course: "Become A Winning Poker Player In 30 Days", we cannot see in practice, as the game basically boils down to all in pre flop in the intermediate stage to the end of the tournament, without post -flop, becoming a much more mechanical and less thoughtful game.

Just to make it clear that this is not a criticism, I am very grateful for everything that the site provides us, a lot of leisure, prizes, all for free, it is just an opinion and a suggestion so that we can test our skills and try to apply what we learned here.

To conclude, I think that two $ 100 freeroll club tournaments (Platinum Level) would stop happening in the two days of $ 500 tournaments. Therefore, these $ 200 could be used in tournaments available to any user, aiming to prospect new users for the site.
