The tournament will be three days. On the first day, 18 levels of 20 minutes are played. From the second day, the levels will be 15 minutes each, and the game day will end at the end of level 50. The third day is played until the winner.
Late check-in is available 24 hours. It turns out that it will be possible to enter the tournament on the second day with a stack of 10 big blinds. With a bit of luck, even with such a stack, you can stretch to the ITM zone

After these coolers , bad hands , crazy hands , my mistakes at the half buyin Sunday tournaments , especially this me deep in the MTT sat limp UTG QQ 24 bbs vs BB shove 1010 24bbs and win with straight , omg , I will see what I am going to do with the satellites , maybe I will try one spin like hugh , haha , maybe I 'll be more lucky this way than playing an entire sat MTT .... Interesting, how many players do they generally get ? I would imagine more than 2000 players? Can be a lottery in these type of satties.

Today's had 2,189 entries, paid out 112 $215 tickets and some smaller $'s for another 15spots or so.... but with it being the weekend there were more than usual (the other day there was ~$3,500 overlay in it.... how often do you get overlay in any game on Stars?).
These satellites actually have decent structure vs. most. Today I went out in ~235th spot (with the best hand )... after previously running KK into AA for a massive pot (got in a bad spot as I'd iso'd another stack's 3bai... and BB happened to wake up with AA ).

I think one more try & I'll get the ticket lol. It was going good today. (there's LOTS of bad players in these.... many who play satellites very poorly... playing it 'as if' it's just like any other tournament.. not making the necessary adjustments.
IF I can win a ticket after playing 19 of these, I'll take it! (I'd still be saving, lol). And hoping to get into some more of them with overlay.

Turned a $4 spin and go into a $22 ticket into an entry. I still have a $22 ticket obtained from same level spin and go to try to win a second bullet or T$ (that is if I am even allowed to use the ticket now that I am auto registered. PokerStars can be really funny about this and has been in the past. Will let you know).

Mods: Am I allowed to sell up to 50% of my action? It would be at zero markup. If so I am fielding inquiries. If not I dont want to break the rules.

Hi all. Like some here I went from freeroll madness to a $4 spin & go to a $11 satellite to a ticket for the anniversary game. I qualified yesterday evening.

To say I was nervous is a total understatement. I was physically shaking near the end as I NEVER thought I would have made it this far - even though I was about average stack and just needed to ride it out at the very end. I played tight, only seeing about 40 flops in a 5 hour sitting but playing as well as I could when the time was right. I even folded Rockets because we were on the bubble and I was UTG with about 15 big blinds. The only time I have ever been in a position to fold such a hand.

I am extremely excited for the tournament and will be doing a lot of preparation for it! Good luck to all who have qualified and all who are looking to qualify. Would anyone be able to offer any advice or point me in the direction of good tutorials or videos for slow deep stack tournaments such as this?

Of course I'll be happy to get ITM - I got into this tournament essentially for free so any money is a clear positive. But the chance of a shot at $1m will be hanging over me throughout.

24-hour late registration as well as re-entries makes me nervous for those of us who don't have big bankrolls. I'm sure that this structure will encourage more aggressive and loose play from those with a bit too much money to splash about. I expect to deploy a tight strategy but again, deep stack tourneys are not my specialty.
