Same problem happens to me just now , I was playing in step 2 tournament, and now they telling me to wait like 60 min for a pause.

I have the same issues unable to connect.
I am using Windows7 on the desktop I use for poker and until last week I had no problem. I have done everything I can think of to my computer and still nothing. Today I took my Laptop that uses Windows10 to a friends place and tried to login from a different IP address on a laptop that I have just loaded 888 onto and it is the same.
Like others have said the problem is from the source not our equipment.

I use Win 8.1 pro and Win 7 pro and could not access the site with the regular software. I tried with instant client on Chrome on both operating systems and no go again. I swapped to Win 10 and the regular software didn't work but the instant client worked...(I managed to bust out in one hand in the level up tourney).

I kept my task manager running during all instances to see what was taking place to isolate the programs involved with this site and saw what I expected. Linux has far more tools to assess what is going on (Server ID, locale ping response time... etc...) but I have no intention of using Linux for gaming....other than Steam

Could some people look into their machines and see what, if anything, is not working or at least identify the servers that are establishing contact? Above all, don't state anything compromising. This is a perfect time for hackers to obtain access to accounts with everyone attempting multiple log ins.

The probleme is not is windows , it doesn’t t matter if U login from laptop or phone or ... u ll always find the problem, because it s in their server, they fix it but the problem seems coming back

today i open the software and it's working good but all registration to tournamnets has been denied. only some few cash tables are able to play.

I understand that the problem is on the server side and with another operating system on a different (accelerated hardware) system and by using some decent network tools you can pretty much map out 888's entire server side presence. From that point you can then seek out a connection rather than doing it randomly. I just find it more practical to address an issue and come to a consensus on how to deal with it for everyone's benefit rather than bemoaning the problems encountered.

I have the same issues as all of you , instant play doesn't work as well but I can access the lobby and some tournaments are running with participants from EU/non EU. How is that possible?

Yeah some users can access the lobby , a friend of mine could connect when I couldn’t

I was able to register into the Barcelona free roll with the instant client on Win 10 but attempts to register into tourneys with thin fields and a large guaranteed prize pool fail with an "error encountered" message. If I could register for some of these games and if I was unable to play then perhaps I could squeak into a prize just by sitting out.

Today I am having troubles getting into 888 poker, I have had this problem before but after a few mins or restarts it will work.
I'm signed into Pokerstars and that is working fine, when I try to log into 888 it says I have a connection problem.

Server issues again today.. webapp was not working at all but I managed to get on my windows 7 PC.

I wrote into support about my issues, and they comp'd me very nicely. It was not expected. I hope they figure a way to mitigate these attacks, I really like this poker room the most.

If this is an error dump during 888 suffering the dos attack, send it to support, they should be happy and follow up.

the problem is reactivated. Since over a week "888" kicks me out every 30 Minutes -> screen freezes, doesn´t respond.

It makes me angry, that support via the site doesn´t answer, because the mails are false redirected (confirmed after direct call to "888") and call service doesnt´t even roughly understand the issue: the first answer from them was, that the new feature deactivate you after 1 hour, so you have to log in again, rly???:ahhhhh:
Second one is that I play and make a screenshot, when it happens: meant to play and "chip dump" when it hits.

Btw. It had been said to me also, Firefox could be an issue. How? How the hell a browser could interference, even when it´s closed, with a software, that is installed on the other harddrive (System Drive)?? Am I really suchha idiot or does somebody tries to "Gaslighting" me?
