888 Poker technical issues in Germany

Are there any other players from Germany or internationally facing the same issue? If not, which federal state are you from? I contacted support, but they had the audacity to claim the problem had been resolved. Even on my smartphone, it still doesn't work.

So, I’m wondering if I should just wait it out or if German players are being intentionally excluded again due to some legal issues in Germany?

Btw. i am waiting since 2 days already.

I have had that issue before.
Uninstall and reinstall.

I reinstalled on my smartphone but yet there are no freerolls to register. So i have to check it tomorrow. Unfortunately it did not work on my windows.

Today i tried the same on MacOS, still not working. I guess they blocked german players for some reason.

No, they(888 Poker) don't block German players.
It is the damn faulty LUGAS system that is malfunctioning on all sites that are licensed in Germany.
This system shall prevent that you play on more than 1 Site and that you have to have a break for at least 5 minutes after you leave one site.
But perhaps for GG Poker it is sometime much more than 5 minutes before you can play on Stars or any other licensed competitor.
Complaining at the GGL who is the lead in all so-called player safety measures is like trying to hurt a bull on his horn.
They think they are godlike, like the pope.

So if you switch from GG-Poker to any other licensed site better give the LUGAS half an hour.

I solved the issue. My account was created 2021 and LUGAS was prevented after that. So they could not track me. Therefore 888Poker had no opportunity to communicate with LUGAS. So i deleted my old account and registrate right now an new one. I guess problem will be solved after that. In case if someone gets a similar issue i hope this post might help.

The age of the account has nothing to do with LUGAS.
Mine was also created before LUGAS went active.
They have to track every German player regardless when the account was created, this is the duty of the room/site if you have a German flag/geo -location then 888 Poker has to perform the duties according to "Glücksspielstaatsvertrag".
One part is the LUGAS another is OASIS and some additional task too.
If you like lawyer speech you can read this treaty online.

Be careful creating double accounts, some sites like to ban players for that.
You should inform 888 support about that.

Well this is exactly what i did. 888 Poker told me exactly with this words "they cant let me play because my account could not be tracked by LUGAS" since i did not play from 2021. So they offered me just to delete my account and recreate it. Thats why my last post might be usefull for those having the same issues.
