Account verification problem at 888 Poker

Has anyone had account verification problems with 888Poker?

I've been going through this for years and I can't withdraw money.

I've sent the requested documents countless times and the system keeps asking for the same things and never has a solution.

I can't talk to anyone from support, I always get an automated message.

If anyone has experienced this problem and managed to solve it, please leave a tip here.

Yeah! I hate these poker rooms , where is no support. When I make withdrawal, I always pray to god, to get my money. And at some sites (Pokerstars) Money comes in 5 seconds.

I went through something similar. My account was already verified, and suddenly they asked me to verify it again. I had several issues and got stuck in that loop of sending documents with no solution. It only got resolved after I reached out through Reddit - they replied there and finally fixed my case.

I never had any issues with the account verification on 888, but I had some other problems and I received fast and good support from their official reddit page(on 888 discord they say it's the best way to contact them...)

Usually this verifications can take some time, I had some friends that had documents rejected for weeks... hopefully you'll be able to fix your issues soon- GLGL 🙏

Yes, I’ve had verification issues with 888Poker before. I had to resend my documents several times and wait for manual review. Eventually, it was resolved, but the process was slow and support responses were mostly automated. My tip: make sure your documents are clear, match your account details exactly, and try contacting support through multiple channels.

This is a little strange, because according to sharkscope you only started using your 888 account (the one registered here with CC) a few days ago, and since then you have only played 5 freerolls. So maybe you are talking about another account? In that case please be aware, that 888 Poker does not allow more than one account per player.

They're quite strict about that, especially if you used Pix as your first deposit method... Somehow it becomes permanently linked to the first registration.

I don't think you're allowed to have more than one account on any platform.

Try contacting support via chat directly on the platform, or as already mentioned on Reddit...

It's been a while since I've seen comments from their representatives here, but just in case, try the link they provided above!
