We are sorry about the problem presented on the tournament, it was a misconfiguration on the Late registration period.

Just thought I would mention this. It did not turn out to be a problem this time but I registered for MOSS# 8 a few hours early and I just happened to check my tournaments and I was somehow not registered sure enough some how I was unregistred and the money was back in my account so I just re-registered. If I had not already been playing a tournament or I had been playing a lot of tournaments I could have easily forgot about the MOSS#8 and missed it and you would have been short one set of fees. I don't know how many times this unregistering thing happens to other players on site but this is not the first time it has happened to me. No big deal but...

I am a little confused here .. Yesterday my ACR client updated and the rewards section has totally changed. I was eligible for some kind of first deposit bonus. The one with the 20 consecutive days cash reward,it was a limited time offer.

The bonus was in that path. Rewards->special offers->50 free cash , since the update I can find it nowhere. The problem is that you must sign in and redeem it everyday otherwise you will lose it. Any idea where is hidden?

ps. the bonus was something like some deck cards and when you click on them the card was spinning and was generating a random amount of money and was going directly to my cashier.

Hi! Let me help you. You have to follow the same steps but now it has different graphics. You just need to click where it says Special Offers.

Hi, I checked your tournament history with the Tournament department and we saw that was the MOSS #9 event. They told me that the MOSS #9 was canceled by the host so they returned the buy-in ($20+2) and then you was registered to the other one 7167724 tournament (MOSS #9).

I think you need to re-think how the table balancing works, in any late registration game.

Example;

I get moved to a new table where I am the 3rd player and play begins. These 3 players will get 3 orbits even as other players arrive. So I will be the BB 3 times before the rest of the table finally joins the game play.

I know this has something to do with not wanting a player being moved into the UTG seat or the BB, or the SB being forced to cough up immediately, but it is not working right. It is penalizing the 3rd player to show up at a new table into coughing up a BB 3 times in short order.

This has happened to me more often because I seek out LR games, but you all got this part wrong.

Please tell whomever to rethink this.

Thanks for adding notes for Jackpot Sit&Go games. They are very useful for me. However when I wrote the notes on Bulgarian language (using cyrilic font) the next time I open those notes they came to me unreaded with "???????" instead of letters. Would you ask developers if they may add different fonts for different languages. It's ok for me to write on English, but since I am doing that on my native language on Poker Stars, it's easier for me to do it on Bulgarian.

Another thing is that the speed of dialing of cards, colecting chips etc is pretty slow. Is it possible to make it faster? We are loosing a lot of time specially on hyper/turbo levels on that.

So I am currently playing in the $3 + $.30 buy in $1500 guaranteed. It says late reg is 5 hours long. It says 12 min levels for 25 levels...tournament started at 2:00. It is now 7:12 and it says 2 more levels of late reg.....help me make sense of this because it seems like there is about to be 6 hours of late registration when u said 5.
