Hello, everyone, we apologize for everything that happened these past days. As we mention on our Social Media channels, we were under a DDOS attack but it has been already mitigated. I totally appreciate your patience and cooperation regarding this important situation. Anything you guys may need or if you have any questions let me know, as always is a pleasure to assist you.

-Mobile will be out next week
-BOSS will be rescheduled and made bigger
-WPNv2 in 2 weeks (new software) :top:
-Adding Million GTD $250+15 (half price)

Obviously nobody is happy about the issues lately, but I really appreciate the CEO coming out and filling us in, adding to the schedule, and pushing forward with full force.

Just wanted to say I do hope ACR has fixed all the issues with these DDOS attacks. Lost valuable time and possible money in the tourneys I was kicked from and a few cash games. I have been nothing but impressed by the game play and ACRs features but if you cant get in and feel secure in your events then whats the point of all the nice features?!? Thanks Crasta4u

I am very curious about new software , also just as an European player, cant you put in like even one sunday event with these series OSS , that starts earlier. With long late regs and for us late starting times its hard to finish them. At least when you have kids that must go to school monday morning.

Also the Ddos timings seems always around big series or am I wrong about this?

They are constantly under attack and software wont run when this happens. I have not with drew anything but heard it takes a long time. I have heard horror stories about up to 30 days with draws.

Regarding the withdrawal, we have a lot of methods so depending on the method you chose, the time frame would changes, for Bitcoins takes 24-72 hours. For the free checks takes a maximum of 6 weeks.

For Bonuses and Rakeback, our techs are currently working on a recent issue about the correct calculation of points/rake, if anyone has a discrepancy must contact support.

ACR TOURNAMENT ID 7753891

Tourny ID 7753891 this tournament went off with the incorrect number of players cashing. The tournament had 551 players enter and it payed 81 players.

According to the tournament lobby if you click on the prize payout buttom and look at the payout structure 551 players should of payed 99 players.

This is about the 5th time that this has happened every time I have contacted support each time and each time they tell me they will correct the problem.

I have tried live help and emailing support to no avail. The problem seems to be when the number of entrants is at the change point it does not change, untill one person enters i.e. this tourny would of switch to 99 players getting paid if one more person would of entered the tourny.
