the gateway is still getting blasted with DOS or their gateway is issuing 502 errors network traces shows that it is their problem... their policy is to lay it on you since they can not get their network secure off this site for now

Went to ACR twitter account & they are telling everyone that ACR is fixed & up & running. Telling those with complaints to contact CS. Takes a lot of bulls a lot of grass to make this much crap.

Like I said, last time it was 3 weeks of ups & downs. $5K celebration may need to reschedule (I hope.).

Same here. ACR and BCP have basically been offline for about 2 days now.
I was able to jump on yesterday for a few hands at a cash table, but that was it. Total of 20 minutes I think.

That is your LAN address on your network. Google "whats my ip" to find your external IP address.

I just got on about 20 minutes ago. It did what you mentioned a couple of time, and the third time it started up normally.

I had no trouble logging in and played in the $100 freeroll, but there were only about 40 people playing which I thought was a low turnout.

Continued to speed execute & it happened. I AM ON! It was slow & a bit jerky, but I am finally logged in & it is working.

Game screen menus all have scheduled games, running games & a few finished games. Now I am afraid to log off.

I really apologize for the bad experience, let me explain it to you:

The rebuy and add-on period are always visible in the tournament comments. As well players have the option to opt for the Auto add-on so automatically add it when the add-on period in enable. And finally, players are offered a grace period of a few seconds to allow them ADD on before the option is closed A pop-up message also invite players to Add-on once the rebuy period is over and the Grace period to buy the add-on is open.

Thanks for a much clearer explanation. I’m sure if you look at the chat logs, you will see that Konrad and Johnny do not make it so clear, yet criticize me for not being able to understand them

Furthermore, you should change the wording in the add on language. “Add on available between levels 12 and 13” is a thousand times more obvious than “add on before level 13.” I would’ve just joined when I could also add on.

It’s just a $1, so I’m not stressing about it, but personally feel like both those people owe me an apology. I know if any of my team in my job talked to a customer that way, they’d be facing repercussions.

You can't just join when you can add on. The registration period ends several levels before the add on period.
