Stuck at "configuring".

Doesn't matter which computer I use.

the gateway is still getting blasted with DOS or their gateway is issuing 502 errors network traces shows that it is their problem... their policy is to lay it on you since they can not get their network secure off this site for now:mad:

one last thing signed up for a 25 dollar showdown and lost the 25 dollars with 502 error from gateway. no explanation from support. seems they are clueless

Went to ACR twitter account & they are telling everyone that ACR is fixed & up & running. Telling those with complaints to contact CS. Takes a lot of bulls a lot of grass to make this much crap.

Like I said, last time it was 3 weeks of ups & downs. $5K celebration may need to reschedule (I hope.).

GL & God speed. :cool:

Oh, yeah. I am no longer able to even reach the configuring screen. Just check for updates & quits.

For most of the day i was in the check for upgrades and quits phase but i have since improved to the configuring stage.

Same here. ACR and BCP have basically been offline for about 2 days now.
I was able to jump on yesterday for a few hands at a cash table, but that was it. Total of 20 minutes I think. :(

That is your LAN address on your network. Google "whats my ip" to find your external IP address.

I just got on about 20 minutes ago. It did what you mentioned a couple of time, and the third time it started up normally.

I'm worried if I'm going to play an expensive tournament and will be successful in it and then again the attack crashes the program, what then do? all? Farewell to success?

I had no trouble logging in and played in the $100 freeroll, but there were only about 40 people playing which I thought was a low turnout.

thanks Slim... I don't think the guys even checking .. I spam log on and off finely got on but its 2 hours later only alive in 1 game now the 10c of all things

Still not working here. Check for updates & quits. I try about 8 times as quick as it quits. Not working here.

Continued to speed execute & it happened. I AM ON! It was slow & a bit jerky, but I am finally logged in & it is working.

Game screen menus all have scheduled games, running games & a few finished games. Now I am afraid to log off. :)

It’s just a $1, so I’m not stressing about it, but personally feel like both those people owe me an apology. I know if any of my team in my job talked to a customer that way, they’d be facing repercussions.

Quite a light has been shined on ACR over the past few days for me

When ACR runs this series of oss, people can safely play in the jackpots and sng 2.0. It looks like jacks and 2.0 are on a different platform.

ACR rep responding still? i havent been reimbursed for my two tourneys yesterday that were suspended and never restarted. they werent much but still think i should get them back

You can't just join when you can add on. The registration period ends several levels before the add on period.

Important: Hello guys, we have been working on the Configuring issues. Now you should be able to log in without any issues. However, if you still have issues with that send the information requested (username, IP and OS)
