Whitelist ACR in your AV

I cant log onto ACR says there is a virus with the site. Is that the case or is my norton sensitivity set to low.

If you trust ACR then go into settings of your AV & exclude ACR folder & contents from being scanned.

That should fix it.

Malware is just code. Code can be used for good or evil. Use exclusion/whitelisting to separate the two.

I remember a while back ACR was hosting tournaments to appease the long late registration haters such as myself. It was called "gone in 60 minutes" or something. I guess they weren't attracting much traffic. Was it so bad that it would never be considered again?

I have noticed that other sites have the late registrations way too long, 5 hours in some cases. I simply just don't play any tourneys. I am sure I can't be the only one that doesn't play any at all now. I can see some wanting it and appeasing them, but why not have some that just have some late buy ins and not every one of them.

I have made my 1st deposit to ACR. How can I get the pw to the New Depositors Freeroll?

Before doing that, I have being playing at ACR with freeroll money only. Made withdrawals many times, but never deposited, it's the 1st deposit. I got the 100% bonus and $50 of Free Cash, but can't register to the freeroll. Thanks.

My internet temporarily crashed when I was HU at a 6 man Hyper turbo. I tried switching to my hotspot wifi but the client wouldn't let me because it said I was already logged in.

That's not fair, why was I restricted from continuing with my hotspot wifi? No one was using that

you just enter a tourney and your tourney bucks get used first--so if you enter a 3 dollar tourney then the 2 dollar in tourney bucks will get used up and 1 dollar will come out of cash balance

Thank you ACR for giving me free tournament tickets. However, your poker client is just way too unreliable for me to want to participate anymore with you guys.

Is there anyway I can transfer these tickets to someone that is not fortunate enough on here to be able to make a deposit?

When ACR opens on my computer, it opens in 1 main window, showing the cash games tab. Then when I click on the tourneys, tab, instead of it just switching in that window to show the tourneys, it opens a 2nd window showing the tourneys, while the original window stays on the cash games.

I hate this too. Really annoying. Why does ACR have too different lobbies for cash and tourneys? If it was designed this way, what for? Just for taking away all free space on my monitor? I have a lot of rooms and other programs open at a time, no point in generating additional useless windows.
Don't get me wrong, I really like ACR. But your soft needs to be improved for sure. There are many little things like this it ACR soft.

ACR is crawling right now and the rest of the internet is blazing along for me. It took about five minutes for the client and the pop up add to work, and its taking forever to load the separate tournament page and each page for holdem, omaha, etc.

I just got done talking to customer support. ACR will not allow to me to transfer tickets, unfortunately. Sorry man. I am sure you would have made good use of them.

Like Jhon_3_16 said, its related to the antivirus. You just need to add ACR as a trusted application. (ACR only or any other WPN skin as an exception)
