I really hope Mac compatable software isn't too far off. I'm really longing for some ACR poker action.

Good day,

Indeed we are closer than ever. We hope to launch the Mac Software in no more than 15 days. However I will let you know when it's ready.

Regards

ACR issue

I had sent an email to ACR about two weeks ago about an incident at one of the final tables I was on with screen shots and all. Is there some way to get some sort of resolution to this?

Good day kidkvno1,

Can you please contact our customer support at 1-877-314-4195 in order to troubleshot on the tech issue. We need to make sure about the issue by asking some questions. I just do not want to give you a generic answer.

Good day Guys,

Did you check on the different ways to get an entry for the $1,000,000.000 GTD tournament this October 4th?

There are tons on different ways you can get an entry for as low as $0.25 to the Million Dollar Sunday. Check on the different satellites schedules here

Remember that we also have FREEBUYS in which you can get your entry for FREE, Spin to get in for a penny, million or bust games for only $1, direct sats, mega sats, super stats...

Would you think of poker differently if you could bring home $200,000.00?

Do they send the prepaid card? Can you withdraw the money at any atm machine? I live in Mississippi and have concerns with getting cash out of an atm with it, especially here. And do I have this correct, that when you cash out from the card room they would put your desired withdrawal amount on the pre paid card?

Much thanks as always
Alex

Please make some late regs a bit shorter, look when someone wants to late reg a BI with 4BB i don't care, that he wants to waste his money.

And although we have a saying about free things , like freebuys, I hate it when sitting deep and like 100 people late reg them last level, with 1.7BB stacks, which really makes poker , just antipoker.

Good day,

Do they send the prepaid card?
Yes, we then send you your card, no charge, via UPS.

Can you withdraw the money at any atm machine?
That is correct. You can also use your reloadable card to make purchases at retail outlets, or withdraw cash at your leisure; it is accepted internationally.

And do I have this correct, that when you cash out from the card room they would put your desired withdrawal amount on the pre paid card?
Yes, Once you have received the card, you may request your payouts, the funds will be transferred automatically to your card within 2-4 business days from when your cash out is approved.

if you want more information about the card you can contact our customer support at 1-877-314-4195 or I will be more than happy to send an email to your email address if you send me a private message with your username

Good day,

Thanks for the suggestion. Please note that I have sent it to the tournaments department. Also note that if you are interested on shorter late regs you can look into the Gone in 60 minutes tourneys we host every day with a low buy in and a very good GTD prize.

Check on the Gone in 60 minutes schedule here

I'll tell you one thing that I wish your could fix; The slo-ballers. Every hand, they run the timer down. EVERY single hand! No matter how far behind they are. I know, it's their time. However, look at this example and please explain.....

You are in an MTT with a 38 person payout. There are 200+ players left. Blinds are at 75-150. 10 minute blinds. Average stack is 15 bigs (2250).

Mr Slow has 775.00 left (5 bigs). He has yet to play one hand, except to shove every AA or KK (which never pays him, as we all know and just fold to him once an hour). Despite the odds of him even getting close to the money, sure enough, every hand he runs down the timer. I have seen people with far fewer chips farther from the money, and they all did the same thing. So, when at a table with these types, prepare to see your hands per hour drop dramatically. Everyone's game suffers at the table, especially when seated with several of these goofballs.

You have to wonder why. I mean, it's just sooooooo stupid. I can certainly understand when close to the money, but come on. And only once have I ever seen one of these poker genius's actually make the money with that big a hill to climb. They usually shove AA, get 4 callers, and lose to stupid garbage people call with because it's so little money relative to the blinds.

You should consider bouncing "players" who go inactive, oh, lets say 20 times in a game. Or something. If it's not a deliberate and conscious delay of game, I don't know what is.

Perhaps these people are multitabling or just like to think a lot or they just want to utilize their time to get an edge (as it appears they're doing successfully as it's messing with you). The only solution would be to reduce the time to act per turn, which I'd actually be in favor of by maybe 5-8 seconds per turn.
