Yes you can, due to how Bitcoin works, there is no way for us to know where the BTC transfer is going to, as long as the address provided at the cashier is valid, funds will be transferred there.:)

Hello, customers are able to play anywhere in the world we do not have any restrictions, just these countries cannot play:

France
Spain
Turkey
Guadeloupe
French Guyana
Mayotte
Reunion
Martinique
Regarding deposit methods, once you create an account in our site, the best option to make a deposit is through cryptocurrency, also you will be able to find other deposit methods once you validate your account.:)

What stakes are they going to have for Blitz poker? How low stakes are they going to go? 2NL? 5NL?

Also will the sportsbook be back in time for NFL?

was there another software download that went awry today ? my tourney table wont open and login no longer works .

We will have a variety of formats for Blitz but I can't provide you the exact info. Regarding sports we will have it back very soon.

So I got this popup along with a frozen table followed by a message that I had been logged out. I tried to login for about three minutes without success and eventually was able to login after I rebooted computer. You can pass it along to whomever you need to or not. I am not going through the effort of passing it along to customer service unless it continues to interfere with my play.

The Cashiers page is causing the program to freeze up.
Can at least use the Exit button at the top, but you have to close and re-login to get back to main lobby.
Might want to check up on this?

It's quite funny that they use Internet Exploder for the backend of things. So if you have uninstalled IE/Edge, things won't work. I figured that out the hard way back when I had a fresh install of Windows 7 some time ago (Windows 10 now)...It seems if you have an IE version < 9, you can log in, but no games show up.

I think you guys need to work on the stability of the software and fix these bugs/crashes before you work on anything else.

Question, what does "soon" mean to those running ACR? I've seen so many mentions of certain features being back up "soon"...and it's been almost 3 months now. I'm starting to wonder if these features will ever be fixed.

I'm getting the same thing . When the client eventually comes up a message pops up saying that i'm trying to log in from a different device . I only use my lap top . Can you help , it's been around 30 hours since i was able to log in thanks. gl

Simply click "log in" again (upper right hand corner of the client) and it works fine. If that doesn't work, click on the link in the email they sent you, and be sure to check spam/trash folders.

Yeah I've been getting the popup for a few week now , but now it won't let me log in .I sent a reply to the Email they sent.

Regarding the phone call to Customer Support. Their phones have been down for 3 days now that I am aware of. When you call in you go directly to hold. In my case on Wednesday I waited 30 minutes till it I heard an "error" message and it hung up on me. I immediately tried again and 30 minutes later the same thing happened. The latest as of an hour ago was that the phones were still done, per the WPN chat rep.

HOWEVER, and this is also very confusing, after the chat rep said the phones were down, and after a lengthy chat session, the chat rep phoned me 30 minutes ago from the support line: 877-314-4195. Maybe the phones are partly working now - not sure.
