Thanks for the post, I was a little worried when I was unable to sign on, but mostly thought it was a leftover issue from yesterday.

I am getting an error when I log on, error code -1

I can see the poker tournaments in the lobby but it says my login credentials are fine but there is some problem detected.

I just emailed support and will await a reply, I am merely posting this as an FYI to others who may have a similar issue.

Edit: On another poker forum, players are reporting that this appears to be a site-wide issue so all we can do is be patient I guess

You're welcome, and I think it is a leftover issue from yesterday's update... however, I'm just thankful it isn't something specific to my account, I didn't think I did anything wrong.

It's a double-dinger, somebody apparently forgot to add the Platinum freeroll to BetOnline's schedule tonight, so we're out of luck on TWO sites, sigh hahaha Hey, stuff happens, it's nobody's fault, we'll get over it. There's always the play chips on Poker Stars

I really don't know what to do, I have had too many problems with the software, I have lost a lot of money, for example if I play 6 or 8 tournaments suddenly one or two tables are blocked and to fix it I have to log out and start again Sometimes it falls completely and I have to restart everything, I have been with this problem for a while and I have already lost a lot of money, at this moment I was playing about 7 tournaments and it crashed and I cannot restart it does not let me, the truth is that it does a short time ago I gave them 5 stars but I'm starting to change my mind

Update: Site working, hopefully the fix will hold up.

One thing I've learned in my time at ACR... never play on the same day as a software update.

You'll save yourself a lot of trouble following my advice, altho I know ACR won't appreciate it.

And actually I'd even extend it to a second day after updates, today is proof of that... however, some updates do go smoother than others, so the second day off is optional and just browsing poker forums usually gives me enough of a clue if it is safe to go back into the shark tank or not.

site is having problems, not sure if that would affect bitcoin transactions or not, however it could certainly affect the transaction showing up via the ACR lobby

just my guess, don't panic, they don't want upset customers any more than you do

I went to MMA fights last night, ACR had a good bit of advertising there at the event. It was in Columbia South Carolina. XMMA was the event name.

Guys every time i restart my computer and open your client i get a message that i logged in from new device and need to check my email with the link to verify my new device. Sometimes i even get message that you are under maintenance (when you are clearly not) and the very same email comes to me and after clicking the link i log in successfully. One time i even got to a twitch of some streamer who had an mtt dedicated to him and it was like 5 minutes before mtt start i wanted the password and he on the stream was like 'I dunno folks it says we are under maintenance', and then i told him to go check his email and he successfully logged in.

This started to happen like a month ago i guess, before it was all okay. But since then every time i login i gota check my email. Please fix taht.

Why you did not follow him and see how he does in the tournament?
Did he get to a final table?
Or he got busted the very next hand? Did he even got to itm?

This is so easy to do for you, its the absolute minimum of investigation that you could and shouldhave done before talking about this to anyone else. There was a fold equity on the turn for him, he could of called that preflop with intention to get you put some chips in the pot and then bluff you off.

Could you at least sharkscope that guy? I am almost sure that he did not do well in that tournament, and his sharkscope is not very good. And this is so easy to check. And spare our forum from these weird insinuations.

After all, what do you expect from ACR here?

Hi, first of all thanks for the feedback provided, I will send it to the department in charge, regarding the structure concerns, I've escalated to the tournaments team and they confirmed that we will use this structure for the first week, we have adjusted starting stack to 10k instead of 15k and we will update our website by the next days.
If they feel it needs to be adjusted, they will proceed with the changes for the second week, truly hope this information helps.
