Might not be a big enough deal to report since the fix was pretty easy and the problem is probably very rare.

This exact same thing happens to me

HI guys,

The aforementioned glitch has happened to me a few times as well. Pretty dang distracting. It even happened to me during a 25 dollar buy in jackpot game which drove me nuts. (Ever hear the one about the pirate who wore a ships wheel as a belt buckle? Some sailor asked him why he had it there and he replied "Yar its driving me nuts!") Anyway back on topic, I hope it never happens again. Thanks for your time.

You might be referring here to the glitch where after a table change, you're automatically set to "sit out" after a table change in an MTT, at least on the Mac client (I haven't seen this glitch on the Windows client). It's very frustrating and a major issue that I reported from the very first day of the Mac client but still no fix (this glitch made me miss a hand in the $540 MDS last weekend so it hasn't been fixed). ACR rep I know you've reported this glitch before already multiple times but please emphasize this as needing an immediate fix. Also the one about timebanks not working demands a fix asap.

I will push to get this fixed on the next update release

The timer sound has been plaguing me for years. How about the one where you can only bet the minimum at a no limit game and your slider disappears? That' fun.

Sorry if you had a bad experience with your account certification buddy. This is the most common procedure from any site that cares about their customers. The certification process becomes tedious for different reasons, to mention some: the copy is blurry, if you use another's person card (for obvious reasons). However the only docs that we request as most of the websites do, are:

Copy of your ID
Copy of an UB

If you use cards to dep you need to send copy back and front of you card and the authorization form signed.

The process might take no longer than a couple of hours for us to review the information

So the reason of all this process is because we need to validate your identity, confirm that the credit card(s) and the transactions made are legit.

Aside from that, we guarantee that we will not use your documents for any other purpose than certifying your account.

In regards the "suspicious card activity" that is a way to call the bank the unusual transactions as any other finantial company. However, there are other dep methods including BitCoin that you can use and you would not have to use you card directly with our platform.

I have to back this up. I recently requested a cashout via Neteller which I used to deposit, it was denied due to lack of UB and ID copy. I submitted those and within 72 hours my request was executed. Smooth, relatively fast and secure transaction.

No sir I don't. There aren't too many times I've had issues lately affecting significant pots. I was just referencing old ones, some of which I did send additional information on in the past with varying success. You have been helpful and I appreciate the quick response.

I would play even more if it were easier to find the game that fit my mood. Sometimes I want a real tourney, sometimes a real SnG (fixed entries) sometimes I want a On Demand game. The On Demand games always confuse the lobby list for both Tourneys or SnG's.

That confusion/distraction had on many occasions made me get quickly out of the mood.

So, I suggest that those On Demand games be somehow separated out so that we, the players don't get distracted. While that can be done via filters, un-clicking the On Demand box doesn't get rid of all of them.

Please work on making the lobby function for the players. If there are games WPN really wants to promote, perhaps a special tab would do better, you could even make it a default tab, but offer tabs which aim to please the players, not confuse us.
