Pokerstars have official full App for both iOS and Android. It has most of the features like in PC client.
Full Tilt has an app for iOS and Android too, but you can't play tournaments with the app. Really weird. Does anybody know why Full Tilt app doesn't let us play tournaments?

Carbon poker does have a app for I pad and any smart phone but it's only cash games...no mtt which they said they are working on and will be available soon
