Is anyone else having a problem with PokerStars graphics?

Went to play again today and was bombarded with the message there was an issue running the new graphics, please make adjustments.

Did not get this message once yesterday, the first day.

Adjusted many aspects of graphics and apart from removing throwables absolutely nothing affected the look of the page. Beyond a joke at this point.

Black Pokerstars screen

Since the last windows 10 update I've been receiving a black screen on the PC App.

Sometimes it returns to normal itself, sometimes I need to move the app to force a redraw and frequently have to close the app and restart it.

It looks like Poker-stars is slow in keeping up to date with the operating system updates.

And it just gets worse.

Decided to switch all play to another lap top (a better one).

First had to then set new passwords for 5 out of 6 sites even though I had played on all before with this same computer - super frustrating.

Then this morning jump onto PokerStars to see it now takes the graphics back to the worst level that I was facing back in January, everything squared off and crude like a mobile app, exactly the same as the image I attached in the original post.

Staggers the imagination.

tbh, I was a bit shocked at one of your first responses suggesting that the new graphics weren't so bad. (LOL).

The thing is... THEY ARE BAD... and they are definitely inferior to the old ones. (except what? you can throw a beer at another player? what?).

The visual display is now inferior to every other site I play on.... ESPECIALLY while trying to play on many tables (mtt's).

From a business perspective, it just seems EXTREMELY stupid. (not to mention insulting to the customers.... the email I received from customer support today was pathetic)

Good morning.I don´t really understand PokerStars.They had the best software,and excellent graphics and now the worst and slowest tables.It is difficult to play in different sites at the same time,since tables tend to frozen.They should ,at least, give us the option to disable Aurora .

I also had a problem with the new graphics engine. Whether you can use it depends on your computer's video card. Ever since I took the mark off, there has been no problem.

PokerOrifice - came back and reply to this post also for what it is worth!

What happened to me was when the Aurora change was initially made, I now believe I had not logged out of PS. So, even though the graphics had altered, I still had the option button regarding Aurora and once swtiched off, the design was inferior but the page still lush if you will.

I then logged off. When I played again, the graphics had degraded dreadfully and I now had lost the option button. However, most graphics were still showing in a rounded manner.

Then decided to move play back to a superior laptop which then laughably turned out to be less compatible with Aurora so all degraded further with all graphics squared off and crude.

In fact I just commented on hearing EPT Prague having to go online via PokerStars, I could not imagine what it would be like to be playing in one of the most prestigious tours with these graphics.
