4donk itself is just on the "fishy" enet as the sites call it.

I played a couple freerolls 8-12 months ago when it only accessed 4 networks. But I could never figure out whether or not it was legitimate to use as a US player. Never really bothered. Would be interested in hearing some more reviews though (which are pretty hard to find).
