When i am new for play poker many sites i create multiple accounts. Then i am banned permanently. Like coin poker weplay natural etc. now i realize for need one account but my ip banned. Also chipstars poker ban me with $200. Anyone knows how can i recover my chip stars poker account.

If you have broken the rules, made multi-accounts and received a ban, you will most likely not be allowed to play again. And accordingly, if you had money on your blocked account, you can most likely just forget about it. You can think of it as a penalty for breaking the rules.

Every time I drive at 50 in a 30mph zone I get fined. This is so unfair, why does this keep happening?
