You could certainly play in the league if you were eligible because they are play-money games and USians are allowed to play in those.

Not sure about the freerolls though since I think PS (and others) allow access to real-money games based on your IP address. You might be better off asking the question at the PS help page.

You will be able to play in playmoney games only, so no freerolls that award $$ or buyin games.
