I dont even know where to begin the are so many issues. Sick of the the ridiculousness of their algorithm, so many problems difficult to articulate. I purposely went on their casino to blow my balance on the slots. I just have a ticket I won for a Venom seat for an .80 buyin and after I play that I will uninstall their poker room. There is obvious cheating with players who have multiple accounts that you can see on the registration list when you register for a MTT! I sent a support email explaining this but heard nothing back.

Several times not recieving the correct prize amount from a MTT. Mostly the bounties being incorrect, I mean its small amounts but thats BS. I am tired of having to tell them, sometimes they credt me other times they just asure me I must be mistaken?

The weird glitches that happen. For example, I was playing a slot tournament and it said I had 15 $5 rebuy which I had not done. I still have no idea how that happened but they eventually credited back the money after much back and forth and they realized the obvious error of impossible time stamps and not even playing the rebuys. I have experienced many slot errors as well that they have never rectified!

The list goes on with glitches during MTT with explanations saying we see nothing on their end and so therefor nothing happened. Like really. Many times it was during a freeroll so bitching about it I felt like I shouldnt be complaining! Imagine if these glitches happened when the buyin was real money for high amounts, imagine you are on the final table holding all of the chips accept $100 the other player had and after the break there is a notice on the table that the tournament has been temporarily suspended with no explanation but the game continued not for me. I was unable to react and the other player won his all in and proceeded to win most of the hands as I was not able to act? I lost all my chips and los the tournament, like wtaf? I was told they didnt see that there was a problem and did not suspend the Tournament Etc and so on. It was so weird and they thought I was off my rocker, hell I thought maybe I lost my mind for a moment? Anyway, that is just one example of weird stuff. It was a freeroll so no one cared!

Well that is all I want to say for now, venting really is helpful and gets it out of my brain ...

Yes bots are a known problem at Acr. Also multi accounting as you said.
Either they don't have the resources or are unwilling to invest in more cybersecurity.
I bet on the latter

Me personally i think ACR is a pretty decent room. Yes not everything is perfect there but they give rakeback on every game, low rake in general on tournaments and sng's, lots of giveaways on social media and their support is quite decent in my experience. Cashouts are quick and easy with crypto.

My guess is they will be fine even with another frustrated freeroller leaving the site 🙂👍

That's actually the main issue I have with that site. And I remember them being the pioneers in that implementation. They were the 1st to come up with the 3 hours late reg years ago. Now it got even more ridiculous.

I am a pot limit omaha cash game player, and I have absolutely no complaints about ACR (nor about any of the other four rooms on the WPN network).
I’ve been playing there forever—ever since the ACR went by a different name.
They also offer hilo games, a variant I absolutely love playing.
Daily rakeback. Solid software. And the customer service, in particular, has improved significantly over the last two years. They offer 8 daily freerolls and many other daily tournaments for affiliates and similar.
My choice are GG Poker, the WPN rooms, and CoinPoker.

Up to this day I've only had a problem with one website, but all of them have some kind of problem, but the support always resolves it, some faster than others, but it gets resolved. As for ACR, no complaints.

I play regularly on ACR Poker, and I dont experience any of the problems, you mention. Sure the software is old and not as good as that of PokerStars, which is my main site. But thats kind of expected for a smaller site. Sometimes a table randomly freeze, and I have to close and restart the whole poker client to get it active again. But I consider this a minor inconvenience rather than a dealbreaker. I also profit, when other players have issues and sit out, so in the long run its a wash.

I mainly play on ACR because of their SnG leaderboard, where its quite easy to get $50 back every week, which can amount to more than 100% rakeback. There is also a leaderboard for cash game grinders and yet another for the BLAST fast-fold cash games. As others have said, withdrawals are fast and easy. I withdraw to Luxon Pay, which is free, and the money is always in my account in less than 24 hours. From there I have fees to get it into my regular bank account, but cant really blame ACR for that.

I am up more than $1.500 including rewards after reloading my ACR account in january 2026 with $500. So at a minimum the site is still breathing. Sure it would be great, if more people played there, but spreading negativity will not lead to that result

There are cash games, SnGs and MTTs. Not as many MTTs, as we find on big sites like PokerStars or GG Poker, but still a decent selection.

If you squint really hard or rub your eyes a lot sometimes you get double vision where you may see the same player twice.

Actually a big positive I like about them that is rarer on a lot of other sites is the amount of normal speed satellites. The biggest negative factor (apart from poss bot issues but they do go after them) is forced payment in Crypto currency which I would rather not do but a lot of players don't mind this. The 5 hour registrations are looooong though. But they also have a lot of freerolls.
