I would assume it's because players who rake more get a bigger stack to start with. If you were to look at the names of the players who start off with 1,000bb's (100,000 chips) it is high stakes MTT players. I'd imagine they pay quite a bit in rake each week.

I checked that today - you've got different starting levels from 100, 200, 300 etc up to 1000bbs

I just wanted to understand the reason for benefiting someone in a tournament, making them have more chips than the other players.

Just like the other things in the gift box, value depends on created rake.
It's unfair for the tournament but in their eyes it's fair that people who play more than others deserve more.

18 players, Rush mode until Ft , on FT mystery bounties kick in.
It's a fun game mode. I mainly play this format actually because it's not very time consuming (approx 30-50 min per game) and getting mystery bounties is always fun 😁

Yes indeed , I play them 1$ regualrely and once in a while the 3$
Especially the 3$ can be very profitable

IT IS based on rake you made. But not on one day but a longer period of time.
They reward loyalty and activity.
