I think it's a matter of who comes first.
I took the AA hand and still lost to the numbers one .
So no they definetly don't win all the time

I wasn't saying AAxx will win all the time but it is a favourite so why wouldn't everyone just pick that hand? But how can that work when all 3 hands have to race, who is going to pick the other 2 (especially the low hand)?

The RNG on these animal races is off, how can I keep losing to 17 outers on the river......I've played like 4 of them and still not won. Its a scam, GG poker is a disgrace, there's bots everywhere.....the snail is def a bot, but I tell ya what he's a bloody good bot!!!

Finally won the animal race, then promtly got sucked out on with AK vs A4 and AT vs A2......one day i'll get to the spin and go!!

I finally made it to the $2 spin n go!! Was only 3rd though.
I have noticed a bit of a cheat code, that some others have def spotted already too.
If you make sure you are first in to the game, you get first pick. First pick the AA hand every time, then when you are finished, refresh the screen on the top right corner, you have now been 'dealt' AA so you have a stage 1 ticket whether you won or not, if you win, you should get 2 tickets.....you just have to click claim again!!
Pretty sure they may kill this hack once everyone realises, as no one will want to play a game they join 2nd or 3rd

I've still not made it passed the spin stage!! Dammit!!
One thing I did notice is that the $150 ticket can be used for the GG Masters, so this is a very workable way to get to play this tournament!! I reckon I should be able to win 1 per year at least!!

I've still not made it to the $10 ticket level. very annoying! The all in or fold is killing me......yesterday the vilain sucked out 3 times in a row with dominated cards, like AT vs KT, K8 vs J8etc to beat me.....brutal!!! Haha!! It is more difficult now, they were bound to change it I suppose!! I have occasionally managed to un register when I can see I'm in 2nd, and sometimes the player doesn't pick AA, as they are all even probabilities, so you simply have to do your best to get the AA for the free ticket.....worth understanding this at least for anyone playing this freebie!

Last 3 times for me it was the numbers hand once and the KK hand twice.
The odds are exactly 33.33% for all 3 possible starting hands

You're misunderstanding!! When you get the AA hand regardless of if it wins, its counts as getting dealt AA for Step 1 of the promo, so you auto win a ticket on the promos page, if you also win the race you have 2 tickets. You just need to re fresh the screen to see dealt AA bar full and claim it!
I know each of the starting hands have equal chance of winning!!

Next time you have AA, and lose, re fresh the promo screen and you'll see the extra ticket to claim....it also counts as 1 of the 3 AA towards the $2 ticket. You likely have just not refreshed and then claimed it!!

If i understood you rigth as soon as i get AA if i go to the promotion page and update i get another step 0 for free yeah?For me i need to play 100 cash came hand to get a step 1 ticket and theyre no mention of getting 3 time AA..Maybe i missunderstand something

You get a Step 1 for free, the all in or fold stage!! It works the same as if you had got AA playing cash or whatever, then you go to the promo page, re fresh and the green bar is full, you claim the ticket!Didnt had a chance to pick AA today

So here is my page. Today I played the free game, didn't win, but did play as AAKJ, or whatever the hand is. I then click re fresh in the top right, and it updates my step 1 andstep 2 as having completed, and partially completed, as I have been dealt AA once for Step 1 and once out of 3 times for The Step 2 ticket.
