This did not entitle PokerStars to confiscate your winnings, but its completely ridiculous, that you continue to claim, you were some sort of innocent victim of a "scam". This does not happen for no reason, so maybe you should take a look in the mirror and reevaluate, if your relationship with poker is a healthy one. There are many factors indicating, its probably not.
I didn't even break the ToS. If I did I probably wouldn't of got my money back. Definitely wouldn't of been resolved this quickly.
Also I don't understand how some people think if someone has alleged gambling addiction problems that gives the operators the right to steal their money if they come back after being verified lol. It's so absurd.
I am an innocent victim. If I wasn't I wouldn't of gotten my money back.
