I wpuld have a mony penalty for slow play and when a majority of players at a table agree, kick out a playewr the others cannot stand. If they want to be provactive, out they go.

Agree with the sentiment, but this would be too subjective and open to dispute. A fairer way would be to just reduce time to act for all players to 10 secs a hand and remove or drastically reduce time banks.
