Network issues at GGPoker

Hey forum,

Is it just me or does GGPoker has some issues right now?

I got logged off due to network issues a few mins ago and cannot get back in.

I restarted the App and my phone several times but no success.

Well at least not just me but was running pretty well in the GGMasters event, so I'd love to play 🤣

Same here, I was playing a mystery bounty and I was disconnected, but all the other rooms are running. Probably I've lost the buy in, but at least was a low buy in.

Bad news, I now have a different problem that I ordered too many 2FA codes and they do not send them anymore.

Okay, a lot of posts by me - sorry.

Kudos to their support:
I complained by email and they replied within 3 minutes and deactivated the 2fa for now.

So I could login and all MTTs have been paused, so looks like I did not loose too many chips, phew!

Well, my VPIP was about 30 when I left, so looks like I missed out on quite a few hands still. But my stack is still very decent, so I will not complain.

GGPoker paused this tournament for a FREAKING WEEK!

Looks like their systems need serious upscaling to handle large numbers of players.

Probably! Given the amount of players, it must be an absurd overload.

Write support, usually you get a refund when any game stops due to server errors

As said before, wait for 72 hours, you will get refunded in application of the refund rules in their terms of services.

I received an information in the lobby today that they refunded the tournament fee for all players who were at the table at this time.

Well there was a full day of late registration and still satties running, so not sure about that.

But we'll never know for sure.
