I have the same problem and i don't think they are giving away tickets anymore.

I created an account at twitch. Free need e-mail. Run the stream, with linked accounts, let it play... I run Pokerstars stream, get a ticket a little before the twitch freeroll starts.

There is no need to subscribe to any channels, but you do have to live in a country that allow you to play PS poker games. I know you cannot get chest's in the U.S.A.
I think it is a damned shame but that's the way it works.
