Why can't I see the CC sunday freeroll in the poker lobby? Was the same last week. I can see the game for Canadians, but not the game for all CC players.

Are you usually able to see the game in the lobby?

Yes.
The past two weeks have not seen it posted in the lobby. The game for Canadian players is there, but not the open game for all players.
Does this have anything to do with the transition for Swedish players from the .com site to 888.se?

I only see the Canada game in the lobby.
Maybe ask the cardschat admin if it has been cancelled!!

It has not been cancelled the past two weeks, and I could not see it.
I'm sure this week's game is also a go ...

Sorry, juice. Actually I assumed as much and posted in the game thread two weeks in a row. When I didn't get any response at all from any admin, posting here seemed like the next logical step.

We've been in contact and hoping to get it fixed. But the Canadian games have been playing on Sundays in the meantime.

888 poker resigned from Polish players. Eight competing poker rooms are allowed allowing these players to play. Why?

I will add that 888 poker was my favorite poker room and many Poles also.

The new "Login (password) and Timeout" rules are insane. I already missed some tourneys because of it.

I used to let my 888 open all day and register to tourneys as they come available. Then the sound of my turn to play would alert me that one is up. But not anymore since I get logged out every 30 mins or so.

What the heck 888???

Hi 888Rep, I’ve been wanting to transfer some money from my 888Poker account to my 888Sports account and in order to do so I had to verify my account (Send ID documents) for both accounts. The 888Sports was verified within an hour but I haven’t heard anything from the 888Poker side in 2 days. I sent a message to support but haven’t heard anything back. If you need any further documents provided that’s not a problem

It's just a security safeguard in case the player forgets and leaves access to their funds and account!

I know it's for security but the delay is way too short.

Also there could be an option in settings to deactivate this feature. I decide if I want to take the risk of leaving my client open all day.

It is the fact that you are running other clients at the same time thatcould maybe be the problem,
How is it when you just have the 888 client it's own on?

I will send your suggestion over but you are only talking aboit a few minutes to reopen the client so better to be safe than sorry I would think!
