After repeatedly re-installing poker 888, lag, and disconnections all week.. and just general crap, I'm about finished with 888. This has been the only place I play real $ online for years now, and I hate to let it go, but the problems never stop anymore, and it just isn't worth my time.
Tonight I got home after a 12 hour shift, and wanted to play a quick sng.. and I've wasted another hour for nothing. NOTHING happens when I try to open it.
I guess that's that. I have no expectations of getting my money or all my bonus points based on what I've seen lately.
Very disappointed.. gonna miss it.

I'm not sure what you are playing on but the client has been working fine and we have had no complaints of the same nature that you are having issues with!!
If you mail [email protected] they can maybe ask our tech department to assist you!!

Interesting you say you've seen a couple of people saying the same thing. The rep just dismissed me, telling me NOBODY has mentioned my problem at all. I guess it doesn't exist, or my account just isn't worth helping out. I'm so bummed, but totally done with 888 :/ I have a few bucks still there, and a couple bucks worth of bonus points.. but it's just not worth the bs anymore.
As far as that virus warning, I googled it (because i've reinstalled so many times in the last week for nothing, which this rep is aware of, (or should be) and I also had my AVG check it out, and it's safe as far as I can tell..

NO complaints of that nature? i've found tons on google, and here as well.
i'm level 86 on 888. the problems with the site, and the lack of decent help over the last year or so are beyond frustrating, and totally unprofessional.
thanks for making me reinstall over and over earlier this week (for no reason, as the tournaments i was looking for were cancelled, and you didn't bother to look first before telling me to reinstall), and for this very helpful response as well.
don't bother responding. i'm done with the nonsense.

Some anti viruses flag 888 up as a virus but just add it to your safe list and you should be ok!

To be honest maybe they don't know as they just post it off and don't know how it works!!
Maybe google it or ask the makers!!

Hi 888 rep,OneyBiggs here.It would seem due to my emailing 777casino (888 network) my original "oneybiggs" account is now re-opened at 888 poker which i am stoked about because to be honest ive missed the lobby format and see same refreshing changes at the tables also.Could you please tell me if im good to go on playing on this account as i dont want to put the effort in just to be declined a withdrawl due to any multiple accounts which i believe were closed shortly after opening them.Nice to be back,sorry about all the angst over the years,its been a long road.Any reply appreciated ty.

Yes those free bets can be a bit tricky to navigate i remember.
Matter of checking all tabs in sports i think but its been a while.It probably is there but hopefully they will help better than I can,gl Mortis,best wishes for the season to you and yours.

You should be ok because if you had any outstanding issues they would not have let you reopen your account!
