I have played on 888poker over 7 years now and I never had an issue with withdrawals. But now I withdrawed 1600$ on sunday 3.1.2021 and received 151$ on friday 8.1.2021. I contacted support and they tell me that they answer me with in 72h. Now it's been over 90h and no answer yet. Has this happened somebody before because this is strange that they pay 1/10 of the total withdraw? I can't think any explanation where the rest of the money went

I don't know how you deposited but please check the withdrawal policy because maybe your withdrawal was split into one of your other accounts which happens at times depending on your deposit methods.

How will I receive funds once I have requested a withdrawal?

How we pay you requested amounts will depend on the payment method(s) used by you previously to make deposit(s) and the amounts that you have deposited using those payment method(s).

Of course I am not suggesting you would expose any data here. But I believe it would be found valuable information by many to be able to know if the issue was as alarming as it was presented here and if it was really handled and solved properly. Of course, even better if the customer would return to tell himself or herself I think it would be found even more reliable and trustworthy by others. You do understand that if some one comes here and says "I withdrew $1600 and received only $155" it kind of leaves us with a funny feeling? Also, another person trying to withdraw a smaller amount, and when things did not work tried to contact repeatedly the customer service with the end result of having his 888 account closed after being a member for 12 years! I am sure many would find it interesting to know if there people were just scammed or there was some understandable reason and solution to these cases.

they are fishy...the closed accounts left and right acussing players for using AI and nor answering emails..not showing any proovs of that. i ask them many times what AI i used when ihave instaledon my laptop only pokertracker and hand2note SILENCE....i offered them immidiatly acces to my Comp by teamwier or any other programsto check my computer...hell i told them i will even send my laptop for them- again SILENCE..they do whatever they want with no respect for players nometter how old is your account....stay away from 888 poker

We have not allowed third party software hand2note so that is probably your issue.

hand2note i was using it for pokerstars, it wasnt used on 888poker - it doesent even work at 888poker, but you stil bann players without any warning...how someone would know if a program was legal once ,the next time its forbiden ?!? Ban them and no tell them why its easy...you should tell them at least what softwere they was baned for, so they know it and not feel scruwed

That's why we have terms and conditions which set out the rules so players should read them and then there would be less confusion.

Hello 888 support! I have this question :

I want to play a depositor freeroll $1000 , and I have registered for it.
But then I read something new, what does this mean ? Look at the screenshot.
"This bonus will be forfeited upon withdrawal"

Does it mean I can't withdraw my winnings?

You can double check with support but I think they are only talking about the ticket not any winnings.

I hope an 888poker representative will address the issue here and obviously the players banned should be able to get an explanation of what exactly is held against them and be able to then properly defend themselves.

I went to play today and got a message to download the latest version of 888.
I did.
Now when I click on the Tournaments icon of my Game History the whole thing shuts down.
I have not bothered checking any other icons in that window.
It happened both when I was in the middle of games and when no game or tournament was running.

PLEASE CHECK AND FIX THIS ISSUE.

When I check my balance on 888 site it says one $XXX.xx amount but when I click on it a page opens showing my balance as 2 amounts
balance and bonus balance. What is up with that?

Yes your balance should be withdrawable except for the bonus which is resticted until you clear it.

hi , i am having real problems with the new 888 poker client crashing . can you confirm if my laptop system requirements should run client.
dell inspiron 1545
intel(R) core 2 duo cpu T6500 @ 2.10 GHz 2.10 GHz
4GB ram
windows 7 home premium 64bit.

I have done complete uninstalls and reinstalled software , tried compatibility settings but nothing seems to work. i am able to log in but after a few seconds client either freezes or just crashes.
your help would be much appreciated.

Okay so what I'm discovering is... the 'bonus' is money that was transferred to me via player-to-player. I had no clue that I'd need to rake a ton of $$'s to clear it... basically making it nobody's money until I play a TON!

I have $158 'bonus' in my account. If I'm not mistaken I need to earn 1 pt. for each $1 in my 'bonus' in order to clear it. $1 rake = 2pts.
So at an average rake of 10% in tourneys... I am needing to play ~$800 in tourneys before that money is mine.

Obviously I wish I knew this prior to accepting a p2p transfer on 888Poker site. I mean it makes no sense for me at all. I could just have easily deposited from a credit card and then wouldn't need to rake a single dollar.

I rarely play tournaments on 888Poker & any cash game volume is micro stakes & minimal. It is going to take me a veryyyy longggg time to clear that transferred money (errr.. ahem 'bonus' ).

Another problem I have with this is actually keeping track of how much rake (pts.) I'm actually acquiring. I cannot see any indicator/ marker of my 'pts.' aside from the ones listed in 888 Club poker.... but those pts. are 100pts. = $1 rake and are displayed in increments of 400, 500, 800, etc., at a time. I don't see any tally of those pts. added up together so that I can follow my progress of how many pts. I'm acquiring so that I can even follow my total rake on the site.

What is intended for me.. 'the customer'. Do I just blindly play... continue to very slowly plug away at my 'bonus', not even ever seeing it change or get smaller (it actually seems to get bigger.... what the heck is that?) and no way to keep track of what my TOTAL PTS. are.

ALL of the other sites I play on have this stuff written out very clearly. They don't have two different types of pts. that are valued differently (ie. player pts., club pts. like on 888) and there's a VERY CLEAR way of keeping track of them on other sites.
Pokerstars, Partypoker, GGPoker, BlackChip Poker, ACR, ... even Titan Poker. On all of those sites I can look at a number or a progress bar with a number and it is very simple.

Can I do this on 888? Is there a way I can actually view my player pts.? Because I cannot find it
