I just realized, I no longer have any mute sound issues with 888 on PC ! Not sure if it was something in one of the recent updates, or a recent bsplayer update.

However, they still seem to clash - PC starts running really slow and one or the other crashes - usually the bsplayer.

They both seem to use LAV audio decoder , so I guess that may be the trouble.

I have been playing on your site for around 2 years and would like to give you some feedback on the changes to the tournament schedule, which were implemented a few month ago. Overall I think, the new structure is an improvement with less different formats and names for tournaments.

However besides this "cleaning up" of formats, the number of tournaments running throughout the day was also reduced. This actually began even before the big rewamping with tournaments gradually being taken down one by one. The idea behind this apparently is to make the remaining tournaments more popular, so that larger guarantied price pools can be offered.

However when I look through the tournament lobby now, this does not seem to be the net effect. In fact some tournaments now have a smaller guarantied price pool than the similar events, they replaced. So it seems to me, that the rewamped schedule must have cost 888 Poker some lost revenue.

For me personally I like to play 3-4 MTTs at the same time, and if few tournaments are running, this makes me more likely to simply play on another poker site. And apparently I am not the only one, who reacts in this way. So I would like to encourage you to try and go in the opposite direction and add a few more MTTs here and there and see, what this does to the popularity of adjacent MTTs.

Today I received a promotional email about the "classic" series, where there is currently a 5,5$, 44$ and 55$ running. However if you want this to take of as a "brand", that is simply not enough. There need to be a wider span of these running, so maybe add a 2,2$, 3,3$, 11$ and 22$ as well. This is just meant as an example, and something similar can be said for several other formats.

My guess is, that if you slowly start to add more MTTs back in rather than taking them out, you might find, that the existing MTTs will actually then become more popular and not less. These are just my personal observations, which I hope, you will pass on to the person responsible for the MTT schedule on 888 Poker

Why did I ask chat support if everything is okay with making a withdraw, and they said everything was okay, and then I try to make a withdraw and all of a sudden I get an email asking to send documents?

IMMEDIATELY after requesting a withdraw.

Is this maybe an angle shoot on the players to try and get people to gamble longer than they normal would of?

Maybe an attempt to exploit people with gambling addictions?

Why is this? Why not send the email saying you need to verify BEFORE someone tries withdrawing?

Why only 2.5seconds after they click withdraw do they get this prompt?

That sounds good. Just want to add, that its mainly microstakes MTTs, which are lacking from the schedule now in my opinion. When I started playing on 888 Poker 2 years ago, I deposited 500$, and following reasonable bankroll management I was able to play MTTs with a buyin of up to 5,5$ or the 2,2$ R+A. And back then these events were plentifull.

I just finished an MTT session on 888 Poker, and since I now play somewhat higher, it was not a problem to find enough MTTs to jump into. However had the MTT schedule looked like this, when I started 2 years ago, I would only have been able to play a 2,2$ PKO turbo, and then I would need to wait another 90 minutes for a 2,2$ "deepstack" to begin, and then another 60 minutes for a 5,5$ "classic".

With this MTT schedule its unlikely, I would ever have gotten into playing MTTs on 888 Poker. And I am probably not the only one. Microstakes is where, most people begin their journey, so not offering enough game selection at these limits is likely to hurt a poker site in the long run, since you will simply fail to attract enough new players. These are just my two cents on the subject, which I hope you will also pass along to the team

You have profited an extra $120 off me with this tactic, and I am making a complaint with your gaming license after the 8 week period has run out if you don't change how you flag accounts for additional documents.

Again, you are being dishonest, what happens is a department flags my account for verification, then the automated system, flags my account IMMEDIATELY after I attempt to withdraw my funds.

So the reason you have done this, is obviously to exploit the fact that some people have poor self control, or suffer from some form of gambling addiction.

If you didn't do this, you would just have the person flag my account BEFORE I click withdraw. You wouldn't create a system, that someone manually flags my account for verification, but nobody tells the customer, until AFTER they withdraw.

Again, after the 8 week period, I am making a complaint to your license and explaining to them your angle shoot unless if you guys wanna change this aspect of your system to be less predatory.

You have exploited $120 of rake from me using this method, and probably millions of dollars collectively from all of your customers.

Needs to stop.
