I bought some dollars from another 888 player, he transferred them to me, and they came as a bonus, so far so good. Well, it seems 888 doesn't want to give me my money.
Last week I received an email saying they were sorry, that they regretted the error and that in 3 days the money would be in neteller.
Today I received another email saying that I don't even have a way to withdraw, 🤣 that they need me to send proof of bank account, why? If I've always withdrawn via Neteller, I've never withdrawn through a bank account.
I'm going to send the bank documents and 888 is going to reject them, I know, because I know that? Because I know other players who have the same thing happen to them, and they never accept their documents. It's frustrating and disappointing 888. 🤢🤢🤢🤢😞
