Are you referring to your daily bonus chips? If you are, it will be 2,500 chips again once you reach 5th consecutive login.

yah I know but I was up to 250 + days in a row I really wanted to hit the year sign in every day <3 lol It is really only something you should laugh at and maybe give me a sympathy hug * and then laugh some more when you get back to your important stuff lol

Last night in a game a gentleman at the table said, "that hand was super fast" as a comment. It was normal for me and the rest of the table, SO I am thinking if you and the tech guys want someone to do something on our end to see if it could help fix it, I nominate me It sounds like these problems might be a joint effort with replay and our devices?

The table with my missing flop, with all the people I asked, no one else saw it <3

I hope my garbling gook English makes sense and if not, I can try again Hugs and thank you for all you do.

It sounds like these things are probably the result of each user's connection. Which would explain why one person sees it, and others do not. They are probably experiencing lag.

As mentioned by Tammy, it appears to be a connection issue for that particular player if no one else saw it. It's always helpful to notate the Hand ID so our Tech Team can verify if there's a site-wide issue.

But I am wondering if there is something we can do, like clear cookies etc and then see if it keeps going or stops <3

I usually log in to Replay every day, whether to register for tournaments or just to see the tournament schedule.

I noticed that on the last two days I logged in, including today, I didn't receive the 2,500 chips that usually appear as soon as we log in.

I'm not complaining about the chips, which I actually have plenty of in my account and I don't need them, but I found this situation strange and it might be a problem with the site.

It could be that you haven't been receiving your pop-up update, but I double checked your Gritz18 account history and show that you have been receiving your daily bonus. To help with the issue of not seeing your pop-up update, I'd recommend that you please try clearing your browser's cache by following the instructions we have listed HERE. Once you're logged in, and you don't see the pop up, please go to your Dashboard on top of the page.



This usually triggers the daily bonus pop up for me.

Some of you might have experienced frozen tables since last night. Our Tech Team was able to fix the frozen tables, but for some that didn't recover, the tournaments were canceled and entry fees were refunded. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I limp first to act. Somehow after the BB checks I am confronted with a "Fold" button. But there is no bet to fold to. So I let the clock run out and I am "sitting out" so I click to "sit in". And I am live on the flop.

But I can only see the first card on the flop "8spade".

I win the hand by betting with the best hand but I couldn't see the board.

I have an image and will post it if you need it.

Questions are.....what the....and how the....!!??

Anything I can do to avoid this in the future?

So I was 2nd to act and limped and was confronted with a very large red "Fold" button preflop that appeared in the middle of the screen - maybe twice the size of the normal "fold" button. Which like I said I allowed to time out because there was no bet to fold to.

This pic shows the flop I saw - and actually the only card I saw for the whole board.

My question in the chatbox was due to that large "fold" button in the middle of the screen preflop.

And then I think the dealer says "8 spades" dealt to board. So that confirms that I only saw one card?

But then the description of my hand just above the board states "Two Pair Eights and Sevens". So I knew there were two 8s on the flop. But that is all I knew. I was sooo confused during this hand....just grateful I won it...lol

Actually I'm not sure what is going on in this picture.

Because Holynski still has his SB in front of him (that he surrendered) and yet there is a flop?

And I thought mistakes like this could only be made in live poker....
