Yesterday in the passed KO series tournaments, in the main event with a guarantee of 1 million dollars, the guarantee exceeded half a million. Surprisingly, the server stopped 5 minutes before the end of the late registration in the tournament. Now, according to the Rules of the Party, the players will just be returned to their BI. Amazing coincidence, of course it's just a coincidence, we believe that this is just a coincidence ...

This was not 5 minute before the end of the late registration. Late registration was until end of level 12. Levels were on, I think, 14 minutes...we were on 5th level. Tournamet was at 20h (8pm) on my time, and server crushed little before 21h (9pm)....so, you are at wrong.

Not sure what you are implying but I can assure you PP was devastated that this happened - it hurt them and cost them a lot of money - so don't be so ridiculous.

All - I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the partypoker downtime last night. This was caused by a malfunction in one of our servers that resulted in the system crashing at around 8pm GMT. We have identified the issue, the problem has been rectified, refunds are being processed and tighter procedures have been implemented to ensure this doesn’t happen again. It was a disaster for us as well as the players, the night of our biggest ever PKO tournaments and on the eve of the launch of our new Power Series. I understand that some players may not immediately return to partypoker given their experiences in the last 24 hours and I expect to see some sizeable overlays in the new Power Series MTTs that run from today. We will run the new Power Series as advertised and will not be reducing guarantees.
We will be adding additional MTTs and increased guarantees to next Sunday’s Power Series schedule to ensure players do not miss out on the headline KO Series MTTs that were running yesterday when the system crashed. In total, we will be adding almost $2,000,000 to next Sunday’s guaranteed prizepools:
•We will add a $1,000,000 guaranteed, $5,200 buy-in PKO at 7pm GMT
•We will boost the advertised Power Series 7pm GMT $215 buy-in, $200,000 guaranteed Super Sunday Bounty Hunter to a $1,000,000 prizepool. This will run alongside the 5pm GMT $215 buy-in, $500,000 guaranteed Super Sunday Main Event.
•We will double the Power Series 7pm GMT Super Sunday Bounty Hunter $55 buy-in, $100,000 guaranteed to $200,000 guaranteed
•We will increase the guaranteed prizepool in the $11 buy-in 7pm GMT Bounty Hunter from $20,000 to $50,000
•We will increase the 7pm GMT $2.20 buy-in Bounty Hunter prizepool from $5,000 to $20,000
•The 3 cancelled ladies KO events from yesterday will run next Sunday at 7pm GMT and will replace the new ladies Power Series MTTs for this week only.

Our teams are working hard now to clear all of the cancelled tournaments from last night and will return funds to customers as quickly as they can over the next 24 hours. We can only apologize for ruining what was a huge Sunday for you and us, but please bear with us as we do our best to rectify this situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I see a lot of 5.50 tourneys being substituted by $11 ones in the new power series.
Specially the daily 6max 5.50 games have been greatly reduced to much of my disappointment.
This limits my tourney action a lot.
Please share the feedback.

This is good news that the problem has been solved. I won a 215 $ ticket, so i am looking forward to join the games next sunday.

No ,it's not okay .I played with thousands players 5 hours so this cant compare,but u deserve more for sure.

The refunds to date are refunds of invested funds in MTTs affected by the downtime on Sunday
We are now working on processing ICM calculations and require more time to do this.
I appreciate this is not ideal and can only offer my apologies on behalf of the team


There are a number of tournaments missing from the data and some players may not receive the full/any amount they expect because of this and is also being worked on as top priority
The refund process will continue throughout the course of today
I can assure you the whole team are working around the clock to resolve in full

Have a similar situation with some $1.10 tickets. Two expired since the change to schedule and removal of the $1.10 satellites. 2 more pending.

Before sunday some other CC member told me she contacted support about a similar issue just slightly higher 215 tickets and that they told her that it would be changed into T$, I dont know if they did already this contact was before sunday.

But suppose you would get T$ as well

Thanks to partypoker for taking such good care of our members! All 10 members who won the $215 tickets got a cash refund - and as a gesture of good will they will each receive another $215 ticket to play again next Sunday!
