I have always been a fan of PokerStars, but after discovering WPT Global, Partypoker, 888Poker, and GGPoker, I broadened my horizons and today I can enjoy each of them in a positive way.
What do you think about this?

I have spent the most time on 888, but have accounts on all the major sites. I like to participate on sites that provide CardsChat games, because it shows they are generous and care about poker communities over pure profit. 888 has been consistent with this for a long time, although they have recently cut back the prize pools a bit (still matching those on other participating sites though).

The main reason I don't want to play on GGPoker is how childish it seems. All the river showdowns, the name-calling, the emoji reactions. I swear, it even feels like it slows down the game.I have 888 poker.

I agree with absolutely everything you say. I've known cardschat since 2015 but I had never registered. I love sharing plays and good friendships that arise over time.

I've never invested in GGpoker. The money I have there came only from freerolls so I spend time playing on the iphone. Unfortunately, 888poker is not in the apple store. Because here in Brazil they no longer have a license to download. 888poker I can only get it through the computer

Well, I started playing poker at the end of 2018. So, the sites—the five sites I like to play the most, in order—are WPT Global, 888 Poker, PokerStars, Party Poker, and GG Poker. I like WPT Global the most because it is the most profitable site I play on. After that comes 888 Poker, PokerStars, Party Poker, and GG Poker. Now, if I had to choose a single site to play on—let's say a rule was created tomorrow that you can only play on one site—it would be hard to choose. I think I would pick GG Poker because of the number of players and the size of the prizes. Otherwise, my ranking would be: first WPT Global, second 888 Poker, then PokerStars, followed by GG Poker, and finally Party Poker.

I first started on Ultimate Bet & Pokerstars. Really liked UB but thanks to the scumbag cheater Russ Hamilton he ruined that. Have tried all the bigger sites over years but have always played/came back to Pokerstars. Can't beat 20+ years of trust, security and zero issues and can't bribe me with enough freerolls or promos to give up that trust and security I have in Pokerstars.

If I couldn't play Pokerstars tomorrow I'd sadly likely quit online poker all together and find another side hustle to make money.

Cheers!!!

I mostly play freerolls, but I prefer 888poker, which has lots of free tournaments, plus PokerStars, ACR Poker, and WPT Global.

Thats a funny headline. Even though I have played a lot for the past 10 years, its not like, any particular site has become part of my identity :)

PokerStars has always been my main platform for playing poker. But lately, 888 has taken over.

I agree with that approach. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with identifying with more than one platform, because each site offers something slightly different. Over time, I’ve found that my preference depends more on what I want to play rather than brand loyalty.

For example, PokerStars still feels very polished and familiar, especially for tournaments, while platforms like GGPoker stand out for traffic and unique formats. Others, like 888poker, often feel more community-focused, which I appreciate.

Broadening horizons also helps avoid stagnation. Playing on different platforms exposes you to different player pools and styles, which I think is good for long-term improvement.

After checking basically every site possible i can answer this with Winamax. They have the imo best software on the market and are full of spanish and french players with the possibility of changing ur screenname frequently.

So far this is the only site i have ever come across where i never had to contact support for anything. Software runs butter smooth and has like a gazillion options to adjust. Mobile client basically a clone of pc software. If i have to identify with a site then its with them.
