I have to say that the customer service from pokerstars actually doesn't exist. I am honestly at a lost for words as to how a company of this size has the worst service I have ever experienced.

The live chat function has dissapeared so you are forced to email, the only option. And they don't reply for over 72 hours. I have spent £16000 with them in 4 months and I am treated as if I am doing them a favour? I have repeatedly tried to ask questions and to no avail

How many people experience this? Is it just that they have a total monopoly and can afford to just ignore everything? Or do you have to be a youtube or teampro to actually get listed to?
It is not as effective as before. I find that if you have an issue they can't resolve, you slowly get ignored by the time lasping until the chat just closes.
I think they were receiving too many complaints over praises and have just decided to make the help customer function as remote as possible.

It's always annoying when something doesn't work properly, but it can happen.

In all the years I've been playing on PS I've never had any serious problems and the service has always been great.

My last payout was not long ago, it was in my bank account within 24 hours, that was a record and without a credit card just as a normal bank transfer and I have not deposited thousands of euros there until today.

For me PS is still the best poker site because I had more problems at other sites before I even started playing.
I have to say that I think PS is the best pokerside ever, and I never had problems with cashout; but the service is only good if you have standard problems; I had have problems with the change a few month ago from PS.eu to PS.de and the SCHUFA- data. I don't got any helpful answer from the support. And at the end I get the account back after I sent them a paper from the Schufa with exactly the same adress I have told them before...
That was realy bad service

What a sad end for PokerStars.
They were the best: clients, support, game offers, etc.. etc.. and in a few years they destroyed everything... they "self-destructed" simply by making the wrong choices.

PokerStars! The engines have stopped, they are still playing but I think they are struggling before they shut down... It was the best poker platform and even online gaming, with the fastest withdrawals, without requiring various documents like those from 888Poker, with customer service available at any time.I still play on PStars, I have no problems of any kind and hope to come back with a new management and capital infusion!

In my case, the support was top notch (10 out of 10); all problems were resolved quickly and in a timely manner, the staff were kind, helpful and attentive...

Yes support there is still pretty decent imo. With a few clicks i reach them everytime under "help center" and they solved every recent problem in a fast and professional way.

I think people are unhappy because they dont know how to actually contact them and did not take their time to fully understand how "help center" works and that its actually possible to speak to an agent there.

It's become more bureaucratic than it used to be (software/email), but as long as they get the issue resolved, taking into account the service offered by competitors, it's good enough...
