I just had the usual PokerStars client update preformed today April 10 2015 and most of my settings are gone. My table theme has been changed and I have to perform all sorts of adjustments. This is not funny. What was this update?

The PokerStars main lobby is not saving its last location as usual. All sorts of weird stuff are happening. I hope I did not lose my players color markers.

You should count yourself lucky this only happened now. I'd say about once every 3 days this happens to me, clock setting needs changing, bet slider options, lobby view etc etc all need setting up again

Yep i am too sick of setting it up every 3 days....

Also there is a lot of lag lately and I've seen other players complaining in the chat.

Yea today I had problems with connection too. I wanted also play 2.20$ zoom tournament which should start 2 minutes ago but it was cancelled... I thought it was only me, cause noone else at table complained when I played, but it certainly wasnt only me...

PS clinet 7 is a disaster waiting to happen. from starting it slagging all the mtts even cash games.. ps6 was running so smoothly - why did you Change to ps7 ?

I haven't seen any explanations from PokerStars about what is really going on with the recent lag and cancellations. We know you have a problem; but what's the problem? Is it a secret you can't reveal?

i also am having serious lag issues, with the zoom tables. literally it takes like 15 seconds or so to switch to a new table. for someone who craves fast action, this is frustrating to say the least

I had to do some kind of update that wasn't automatic, I had to click update on a pop up window when I started Stars about 8 hours ago.

Fixed it. I re-installed now has updated.

wanted to check out the slot machine features and it said that an adobe update was required. Updated it and then the same message pops up that a newer version needs to be installed.

I installed it again restarted pc. tried again and still nothing.

What's about those VIP Bash tourneys - I tought they are running on monthly basis ( in March there were Sunday Million Aniversary satelittes), but there is nothing scheduled for April? Can we expect something until the end of the month? or in May?

Transfer funds issue on PS

Hi,

I recently came 2nd in the home games conducted by jason Somerville and there was a added prizepool of $50 for the second place. He was trying to transfer the money but he said he was getting a error while doing that. Can someone help me why this is happening? I already sent a mail to PS and still awaiting response. Thanks!
