Are the games you are playing minimum prize pool?

I play $1 spin & go, I should had completed challenge NOW,
I'M stucked at 85 pts....

Anyways , I imagine that stars support will only respond to me by monday by saying : We are sorry but the challenge is over, we can do nothing, blablabla

They provide Promotion and challenge on all day, so why they don't have online chat support or at least they should respond to email on all days or have a phone number to contact support....

The spin and go has to be a 2x prize pool. So if you play a $1 Spin and Go and the prize pool is $4 or $6, it doesn't count. It must be $2 unless you get 10x or higher.

And PS usually responds in a few hours even on the weekends.

^^ you must be one of the lucky ones, takes them 24hrs+ to respond to me and they probably only respond because i end up re-sending the email every few hours after waiting for a reasonable time for a response.

to be fair i do wait about 20hrs or so before deciding to do that because for a site that used to respond fairly quickly i think waiting that long takes the biscuit.

It's actually not bad, 4 times better odds to win 20k. But you do have to spend more.

Hello PS support (and Chatters who watch here), I have a question which I'm hoping can be answered faster here than through PS itself.

I have a $US account in Canada with money in it. In my PS account I have USD as my preferred currency, and the USD tab open when I hit the Cashier button. I click on the eCheque option, and the default deposit currency is $CAN. I don't see any way to change that.

While PS's exchange rates are favourable, I'd still like to avoid conversion fees by depositing in $US. Can I not deposit $US from a USD account in Canada? What am I missing, please?

Cannot watch the deal

I not only can't see the deal games but I get logged out when I try and the software restarts on it's own and then I have to log in again.

This not only happens when I get the pop up notice that someone is about to play for the jackpot and when I click yes that I want to watch it I get logged out, and the same thing happens when I click on the deal link next to the cashier button.

I wish ps would come back to all of the USA

I rely miss playing on a site that has a player base over over 1200, most the sites that are available to USA players has very little player base and it can be hard to find a decent sit and go these days. Pokers stars with a whole new president in office that hopefully replaces the greedy DOJ with new staff that has common sense then you guys can come back.

I know it is almost 2017, so most likely you have a mobile phone, if it is android, why would you spend money on a tablet with VERY little room on it, instead of just using the app on your phone, I have it on my phone and it works fine.
