In PS you have option to choose for how long you do it. From 24 hrs to life time i think.

if you allow yourself to be excluded from the game, be it only temporarily or forever, you will definitely get at least one email that says how long you have been excluded from the game. but if you haven't looked for it for a long time and you have forgotten whether you really closed your account or not then you could first try to log in with the known log in data. But I would definitely advise to talk to the support and ask if it is possible to play with them again and depending on how your mail formulates them, I think it will be possible to play with them. What I would strongly advise against is that you make a new account and try to play with them because if they catch you with it then it could end badly. they could then demand everything you won back from you and label you as a cheat. it would be nice to hear what you did and what the support told you. I wish you a lot of success and if you have managed to play again then I wish you a lot of success

Yeah I recently won a load of casino play bonuses in a "jackpot" tourney on stars.

I deactivated casino games on stars years ago. Now I've got a huge amount of casino play in the account... Guess what? They won't reinstate casino games 🤣 they say its a permanent removal... im like wtf how can you do that to anyone? Indefinitely is acceptable language and seems pretty straightforward.... but permanently just seems wierd.

In trying to get them to do somthing but I've hit a brick wall and logic isn't relevant in the discussion

Maybe casino games are not available in ur region?

Deactivating them has nothing to do with self ban. I deactivated them years ago so they no more show up in the lobby but was always able to reactivate them myself if i wanted to.

If you email them and you ask ban for live , this cannot be reversed . I think this last must change . You must have the option to change this decision . Maybe 6 months after your decision . 6 months minimum ban for safety reasons .

We have in our German poker clients (Stars and others) these nasty self exclusion buttons, a lot of players accidentically pushed it.
And now its even a ban for all (regulated) sites simultaneously, if you click the button. (888, stars, party etc.)
