Sh.PokerStars.de is closing its doors

Does anybody (a German from the north perhaps?) know something about it?
I have just received such an email in German.
(Their links don't explain anything.)
Unfortunately, it seems that I cannot transfer my little poker money to pokerstar.de. (Cashing out and in again doesn't seem to be a good solution for this little poker money.)

Starting from April 20, 2023, we will no longer be providing our services through Sh.PokerStars.de. This means that your account will be restricted and you will not be able to play our games.

Even though your account will be restricted, your balance will remain safe: you can log in at any time and withdraw it.

All tickets for poker tournaments that have not yet begun will be refunded. Prizes that do not come from a promotion will be converted to cash and added to your balance.

If you still want to play at PokerStars, you can find our exciting games on PokerStars.de in the future. Simply visit www.pokerstars.de and download our software or mobile App. Then you will need to open a new account with us.

I am from Germany too but not from SH.

We also undergo some changes in the Pokerstars.DE version, so from what I understand from the mail, they will include SH players into the .DE version now.

I don't know for sure but I think it simply means that all Germans are now on one platform The announcement that you have to switch to Pokerstars.de was made a few months ago. Although they said that it would happen without any further problems, I had some problems because you have to resubmit all your documents again and that was with a little delay for me but I did it and you will definitely be able to do it too

How can I transfer only $8,28 (most of it won by freerolls) to Pokerstars.DE best? I don't have such "modern" things like Skrill.

Not sure but I think you have to withdraw with SH and deposit with .DE.

I think in Germany we cannot do any transfers between players.

I am not sure, but when you try to withdraw money, your bank account details will be asked at some point, I would think.

Unless they do it for you, you most likely cant, since the minimum withdrawal or deposit is 10$. So you might as well spend it on some games, so that its gone, or if you get lucky, the amount becomes large enough to withdraw. Jump on a 10NL cash table and try to get lucky. Or place a sportsbet. It does not matter, since its only $8.28, which for someone living in Germany can not even buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks

The poker account should already be fully verified otherwise you will not be able to withdraw any money, which is logical. then make a bank transfer and pay back into the new poker account after receipt. A transfer between German players is no longer possible as far as I know! if the amount is too small to withdraw then try to win a little more and then do it. much luck

Out of interest: Does pokerstars.sh offer home games? I'm trying to figure out what is going on with .de having been announced to discontinue home games, and I'm wondering if it is related to this upcoming "German Unification"...
