Hmm i think the screenshot is from the normal 300 weekly freeroll which is open for cardschat platinum members worldwide on pokerstars. the tournament you are searching for is also on pokerstars somewhere in the lobby. Just filter for freerolls and what you will see is what you will be able to play if you have the required status.
