Soccer is my love in life, American Football I enjoy. Eagles fan. Went and watched Penn State v Pittsburg 2 years ago when I went to Vegas and Philadelphia and the atmosphere was unbelievable even for a college football match.

Football is better. That word does not need a modifier prior to it. American one does .
Jokes aside, I wonder what the world's sports map would look like if football was as popular in the USA as it is in the rest of the world, mainly in Europe and South America. I believe one of the reasons football is the most popular sport is that it does not require an infrastructure. I mean, you can play it anywhere. All you need is a ball. You can make improvised goal posts with anything from a can of soda to a brick. I miss those days when I was a kid, we were playing it on the streets, in the parks, even in the classrooms during the breaks..
