No pre-match bets for today but I like Chelsea at home vs Luton(should be an easy win- probably at 2 or more goals) and Real Madrid on the road vs. Celta Vigo(Bellingham was expensive but this 20 yo is crazy good and already seems to have adapted to his team style of play* the future looks pretty good for Real with players like him, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Tchouameni, Camavinga...). 3-rd game Chicago Cubs @ Pittsburgh Pirates: Chicago Cubs (to win) /// 1.65

Unexpectedly Pittsburgh beat the Cubs in the 2-nd game, to be honest. Not exactly an obvious decision in the 9th inning where the refs overturned a clean hit. Otherwise, the Cubs would have beaten the Pirates. But the good thing is tonight is game 3, where Chicago simply must win to continue their fight for the top 5. Pittsburgh is a very comfortable opponent for them.

Not many things went the right way for the Citizens in this game: penalty missed by Haaland(even if he scored later in the 2nd half it was a pretty bad performance for the forward- for sure not an ideal start of the season...), a crazy amount of missed chances, 80% ball possession and somehow the hosts scored an equalizer in the 85th minute of the game from pretty much their only chance to score in the match* it came after an unreal mistake from an World class defender- Kyle Walker that decided this late in the game to try a backheel in dangerous territory... Rodri saved the day for the Citizens with a late goal and the game ended 2-1* we fell a little short on this one too, the last two bets could/ should have easily be both 'green'... it is what it is...

US Open starts today- the last Grand Slam of the year and I'll try to watch as many matches as possible and even though I like to mostly place live bets on tennis- I'll most likely also go a few times for my favorite bet on the Grand Slams Men side: Over 3.5 Sets... but today I'll go for a bet from Romania/ Liga 1:
