The FIFA Club World Cup is a rather confusing tournament. It's supposed to feature the strongest teams in the world, but in reality, some of the teams participating make you question how they even got there, especially from the other regions. For example, what are clubs like Salzburg, Benfica, Porto, and Chelsea doing there? Why are they participating when there are arguably stronger European teams not even represented?

I only watched one match and it was a total disaster — even got stopped because of a thunderstorm (Chelsea vs Benfica). After that, I just gave up on watching the rest. The playoff brackets feel kinda unfair. Maybe I’ll catch the final if it’s Real vs PSG. I’m cheering for the French — their squad is absolutely stacked and super well-balanced.
